We used Bradley Morrell for the sale of our existing property & the purchase of our new one. Neil provided our quotation with an informative but no-pressure approach. Throughout the process he was proactive and kept in touch, responding promptly to any queries we had right through to the end.

In addition, our assigned case handler was Jemma who was truly fantastic to deal with. Like Neil, she was also very proactive & efficient. We felt very lucky - the other parties in our chain had solicitors who often wouldn't respond to their emails for several days at a time, sometimes even over a week. Jemma on the other hand, would respond to us on the same day, and not once did she ever make us feel like we were pestering her for updates (even though we probably were!). She very much made us feel like we mattered rather than just feeling like another customer by updating us, guiding us and providing reassurance when needed.

Moving house is never straightforward but Jemma was with us every step of the way. When other parties in the chain didn't seem to be pulling their weight, we could at least rely on Jemma to find out what was going on & to update us promptly. We also really appreciated Neil replying to us out of hours - this is never expected but as we got closer to completion, it was obvious he wanted to help get things over the line as swiftly as possible.

We are finally in our dream home and cannot thank Neil, Jemma and Lynn enough! Highly recommended!
