I would highly recommend Bradley Morrell. All members of the team were helpful when any questions were asked by myself, and carried out extra checks that I asked for. Everything was completed within a good time frame.

Would not recommend to anyone… from start to finish the experience with Bradley Morrell Solicitors was not as expected. We were recommended this company and upon reading the reviews were happy to proceed with our conveyancing quote. At first communication was good but it went downhill from there. We were constantly chasing them for a response and an update on the purchase of our property week after week as we were hearing nothing. We had to push to get them to progress to the next stages of the purchase, it got very frustrating and disappointing as the time went on. From the date of being advised they had received our file to review and raise enquiries to the sellers solicitors this was the not actioned until 2 weeks later, subsequently the enquiries were not raised until the day of the Christmas close period something we were extremely unhappy about. To say we had instructed them in the middle of November to assist in our conveyancing and something such as enquiries were not raised until the end of the next 2 months its extremely poor service. Any correspondence between us and the staff were sporadic due to them sending emails late at night and not replying to ours until the next day. When we challenged the poor service we were receiving we were advised it was to do with the Christmas close period, something that could have been avoided if they’d have sent said information before this time. Even close to the end of the process things were difficult we weren’t hearing anything from them as quick as we should have done based on communications between us and the seller who was more than helpful and kept us updated with everything happening on their side. It appeared most of the time the sellers side were up to date and waiting on us which again was frustrating. Towards the very end things did not improve either, they weren’t giving us much indication that they wanted to push for us to complete sooner rather than later even when the seller and their solicitors were happy to push to get it sorted. The lack of interest in making sure their service met customer expectations was apparent, they didn’t seem to want to get anything moving or give us any real updates until we pestered them. Overall we wouldn’t recommend using this firm due to their lack of customer care and communication, we won’t be using them again.

Bradley Morrell handled the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new property. The purchase certainly came with it’s challenges, due to the sellers solicitors not responding promptly and providing correct responses when they did. The communication from Heather and Nicki was excellent throughout. I’m sure at one point I was calling every day, multiple times but they were both so patient and provided expert guidance in order for us to exchange and complete in line with the deadline we were aiming for. When they said they were going to call you back they always did. Heather even worked after hours on the date of exchange to ensure all parties in the chain had formally exchanged for our protection. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience when recently using to buy and sell my house. Offered a fair and reasonable price and a very personalised experience. We joined a chain that completed within a month(!) and they were able to get into gear and work work with the chain to ensure no delays. Impressive.
