Our house purchase encountered a boundary issue but our solicitor was so supportive professional and kept us informed of any progress through the couple of months it took to sort.

Mr Neil Bradley and the team can only be described as superb.

The team over at Bradley Morrell have helped, guided and supported me beyond measure throughout my house purchase. They respond very with high levels of detail, professionalism, and often will provide support out of office hours.

In full transparency, the quote was approximately £120 off the final invoice, however, this was due to some searches that were required after instruction etc. so there is no negativity towards the team, and they had provided clear notice in advance for this too, so hats off to them! There is also everything included in the initial quote minus issues that arise such as extra searches. This means, unlike some solicitors, you do not get charged for email or telephone communication.

Everything was done with speed, efficiency, and detail, and we were always waiting on the sellers solicitors, as Bradley Morrell were so quick!

Overall, I recommend with all my heart that you use Bradley Morrell the next time you purchase a home, I know I certainly will be!

With the property having a boundary issue it took fifteen months to complete, this was through no fault of ours or Bradley Morrell. It was a frustrating time but Neil guided us through each step of the way keeping us updated and was always quick to reply to any questions we had (there were many!).

Once the sellers solicitor had solved the boundary issue with land registry, Neil and his team made sure all the documents were correct, dealt with our help to buy ISAs, secure a completion date and exchange contracts within two weeks which we were delighted at the speed of.
