Have been with Brentacre for nearly ten years and customer service is fantastic. They answer any questions promptly and nothing is to much trouble. Recently my car was sadly hit by a third party. I wanted Brentacre to take on the claim as fully trust they have my pride and joy in good hands.Darren was excellent and did everything and kept me updated constantly. The whole thing was sorted so quickly and efficiently. It’s not until u are in an accident that you realise how good your company is. The thing about Brentacre is they know how much there customers love their cars and they also care about your car. I wouldn’t fail to recommend them as absolutely amazing and five stars isn’t enough. Without Darren I don’t know where I’d be as he did everything.

My experience is always excellent at Brentacre . Staff are always friendly and helpful . I have 3 policy’s with them and feel they always treat me fairly with regards to renewal premiums and have stuck with them for 15 or more years.

Brentacre has been on my radar for a while, finally decided enough with admiral as they were quoting me silly money and refused to fully cover my modifications dealt with a few employees on the phone in quote stage very informative and helpful purchased my policy yesterday at a darn side cheaper than anywhere else and the most important thing is my modifications are fully covered now and not just declared
