I can not recommend this company enough! My issue was time sensitive and extremely complicated and this company were so efficient and knowledgeable, the thing that stood out even more to me was the care and compassion that accompanied also. If anyone I know is ever in need of legal assistance I would not hesitate to recommend them. Vishalee Amin who dealt with the bulk of my issues was absolutely amazing, the response time for dealing with me was second to none and there was literally nothing I can criticise with this firm. I am not affiliated with this company nor have I actually met anyone in person…. Credit where credit is due. Five stars without hesitation.

I am really grateful to Brett Wilson for managing to extricate me from some awful, harassing, and threatening behaviour from others. They worked with me to understand my situation, gave me advice on what they would do, but also took into account severe other stress I was under in order to end the situation as promptly as possible rather than continue it in court, even if prospects might be more successful there. They didn't just tell me what we should do, they really listened to what I needed and crafted their response and actions accordingly. Because they gave me holistic advice I could be confident in each decision we made together. I recently reached out to Brett Wilson LLP, feeling overwhelmed due to a persistent neighbour dispute that has me living in constant stress and feeling harassed. Desperate for a solution, I looked into legal avenues and contacted several firms for help.

The response from Brett Wilson, particularly from Adham Harker, initially seemed the most promising. Adham informed me that they had experience assisting clients in similar situations, and so, filled with hope, I agreed to pay the £900 consultation fee.

However, the consultation itself was far from my expectations. Rather than receiving practical advice on dealing with my predicament, I found myself feeling belittled and dismissed. Adham appeared to make assumptions about my intentions and seemed quick to judge my actions without fully understanding the context.

In one instance, he stated, “I know you want me to tell you you have a bulletproof case against harassment." When I shook my head and attempted to clarify my actual intentions, he cut me off and insisted, "I know that's what you want”. He even told me he considered my polite response to my neighbour’s actions “strange”, a comment I found particularly judgmental and unhelpful.

Instead of focusing on tangible solutions, the discussion seemed to meander into unrelated territories. I found myself having to explicitly ask for practical advice to make the most of the meeting. The suggestions I received—to pen another personal letter to my neighbour (an approach I'd already tried) or consider moving houses—felt disappointing, especially considering the £900 fee. After 30 minutes, I opted to end the meeting.

While Adham's assertive approach may be beneficial in certain situations, I felt it lacked the empathy and understanding needed in this case. I believe clients should be treated with more respect and their feelings considered more carefully, especially when charging a substantial fee like £900.

In conclusion, this was an unfortunate experience that left me feeling dismissed and undervalued. I hope this feedback prompts Brett Wilson to reflect on their approach to customer service. I also encourage them to exercise more care in accepting such substantial fees from clients they might be unable to assist.

Our business account was frozen by Revolut - not a bank in the U.K. nor ever likely to be- for a so called security review. After 42 days a Court freezing order was made. This was swiftly discharged by Nick Brett’s excellent letter to the Police, who acknowledged in Court the so called Revolut review was cursory, together with proof of the legitimacy of our funds - already provided to Revolut. Well done Nick and I cannot recommend him highly enough! 11/10

My family is the prime example of getting hugely let down by this firm. We instructed Brett Wilson solicitor and they lost 4 out of 4 hearings. Brett Wilson lost every single opportunity to get justice for us.

The worse part was that our case was purely based on hearsay and NOT single evidence was against my family. Yet they managed to lose all 4 out of 4 hearings.

Brett Wilson Couldn’t defended hearsay case, let alone any other complex crime cases out there.

You make a judgment on that..

I do not know how they call themselves a “tactician” this is simply laughable. Brett Wilson is far from it.

The only tactics we know is how they got more money of us and still lose our case 4 times.

Be careful thought, Brett Wilson refuse to gives you a fix price and charge you per hours/session which you will end up paying hell of a lot more without getting any result.

I never forget the day we wanted to collect our file, our solicitor was hiding inside the firm and refused to come out and speak to us after losing final hearing.

His boss came out and said we won’t give your file until you give us more money.

I told him we don’t owe you any money otherwise you would have not represented us the day before. He said we informed you by text message today and you need to pay!

The solicitor Firm that only focuses on how to make more money of you rather than winning your case and then charge you more money when collecting your file by text message, surly it is not an appropriate solicitor for your case.

If happened that you approach Brett Wilson, ask them about the “hearsay case” and how they manage to lose 4 out of 4 hearings.

Use your own judgment.

If you want to win your case just don’t approach them...
