Bricks were good but communication is very poor. Never received notification regarding delivery, they just turned up and called upon arrival. I missed the delivery because I was unaware and trying to get into contact with them was difficult.

Everything was on time and condition was excellent. Very good service. Highly recommend.

Needed to match some bricks for a wall that had previously had built and Brick Express had the widest range and I got an almost perfect match. Delivered within the promised days with no issue.

Good communication and an excellent price on bricks delivered

Brick express was so easy to work with. Their team WhatsApp me showing me the bricks to which I sent photos of brick required and they agreed it wouldn't match and they then went around the yard sharing photos of what they thought would work best. Such a helpful customer care team. Delivery was easy and our garage is looking great with the bricks recommended. Thanks so much

Awful company who will leave bricks in communal driveway preventing key worker from going to work.

This company sell fakes and not good fakes either and charge a fortune to return, always claim there is damage etc with bricks try and charge you 15-25% restocking charge + collection charge. None of the listed suppliers know of this company. They are cheap imported fakes and they are poor replicas at that. Packs often had completely different sizes bricks within the pack. There customer service is absolutely shocking just to add that into the mix. They are a scam if I have ever seen one, companies cannot get away with this and they won't they have been reported to high authorities and will be deregistered soon enough! DO NOT SPEND with this company as I if they get deregistered they will take your money and run!!!

absolutely vile..I called them to have like 2 pallets of bricks delivered with the offload crane as I have some access issues and despite on the site it says that they do have that facility they said and I have been told they won t deliver ..Trying to understand the reason why, not only that they didnt have an answer they started being rude and nasty from the lady whom took the call to the manager himself ..Definitely and strongly advise to avoid

Ordered bricks as per website. Received a quote for delivery and agreed a time. Then informed a couple of days before that they wanted to charge an additional £80 as outwith West Midlands. We are in central Scotland. This company does not operate UK wide as they say on website.

Ordered 7 pallets of bricks on the Saturday & was told we’d have them Thursday when they didn’t arrive was told the Friday, rang all day & just couldn’t get a straight answer.
On the Saturday I was told they were with a haulage company in my area but they wouldn’t deliver because they were over weight but they would sort it Monday, our builders had to leave because they couldn’t get on.
We were told we could collect a pallet to get the builders away from a haulage company 20 miles away on arrival the haulage company said only 1 pallet could be delivered because the rest were overweight so we spent the next 2 days handballing the pallets.
I tried numerous time’s to get back in touch with brick express but no one wanted to help or even speak with us even though I was promised a phone call back they just ignored us.
This wasn’t a missed parcel from the post office we talking a few thousand pounds worth of bricks weighing in about 7 tonne.
This wasn’t my problem to sort, it was theirs & their shear ignorance is appalling.
Yes you can buy bricks from them but be warned they won’t get them to you.

Phoned them up after being told there was a 50 week waiting list on the particular make of brick I wanted, they said when would you like them I said within a month the chap said oh that's no problem. Was told they were delivering Monday got a phone call Saturday evening saying they weren't going to deliver, I was then told that I was getting another delivery in a weeks time but got a phone call saying that they were not delivering due to the bricks being damaged, I was getting nervous, they then phoned up saying that a new order of bricks were coming in and that they will be with me a day or two after they come in a few days later my bricks arrived didn't have to wait 50 weeks and got a good deal
