I am afraid I couldn't locate your order by searching your name.
We do charge a return fee and a restocking fee if bricks are returned, thats right, and we don't hide it, fees are mentioned on the website. But we wouldn't charge you if we had delivered the wrong item.

Great collection of bricks
Delivery system is little unreliable but overall they are a great supplier. They have a huge collection of bricks . After searching for matching bricks for weeks for my new extention, this company got me what I wanted- 100% match. Also, they have great customer service- replying all the queries within minutes.
