Delivery of the ordered battery was timely, even though it was the Christmas rush season. Unfortunately, my device didn’t work even with the new battery. The return of the battery was easy. I would definitely do business with this company again should the need arise.

Service was great shipping was fast
Service was great shipping was fast. The problem was the batteries don't work. Had the light in the sun for several days and nothing. I'm not upset because I haven't called to see if I can exchange them as I've been so busy. I'll try to get ahold of you sometime next week.

Got it to work
I do like these lights. Unfortunately the instructions for the app are mostly in Chinese and not very detailed. It took awhile to hear back from customer support about the issues I was having. Once they got back to me, they were really helpful and got me all the information I needed to properly run these lights from the app. It’s really hard to find solar lights that can be turned off and on, happy to have this option!
