Tracking always illustrated the product transit and the real shipping progress.
The product was well received, timely and securely packed.
The light was installed with no issues at all, either on initial installation or after the pool resurfacing project.
Installing the remote control was very easy, the capturing signal showed up instantly. Definitively very content with the purchase.

There was a small problem with an original delivery. When I called, I was given excellent assistance and I subsequently ordered 48 more lights for my stairway installation. The items were exactly as described, and the quality is very high.

Unfortunately when I ordered from you this time, 50% of my order was defective. I ordered a box of 10 outdoor bulbs and 5 of them didn’t work.

I have ordered from you in the past and my order was perfect, all worked but this time they didn’t. I wrote to customer service and never got a response. Disappointing.

I ordered a dimmer for a large LED lighting system. It failed and I called customer service. They spent some time troubleshooting, but then sent me a new one. Great customer service!

Products are simply drop shipped from Amazon at twice the price. The quality of the product is fine, since it’s being sold elsewhere. But when your item arrives in an Amazon package with no invoice and you do a little investigation, you’ll find you’ve been duped and overcharged. Also explains why I never got a shipping notice or a tracking number.

I received the wrong product. I returned it according to instructions given. After almost a month I received an e mail today stating I'm getting a refund. What happened to the product I ordered?

Excellent selection of lighting products and outstanding customer service.

The service and shipping was great. Regarding the product I chose black to go with our other fixtures. The finish is matte black which marks easily I wish I would have known this beforehand

I will call tomorrow to see what the company will do to take ownership of selling what appear to be shoddily made products. They leak and are rusting after two weeks.

I received the order within a few days. They were relatively to install and look great. Quality product.

Easy to order and fast service

I don't like the color of the light, it's more bright white not warm light and it's move like 5 W not 3W

We never got a shipping notice after we paid for them, then when I called they told me they were out of stock. Then when I asked why I was never notified I was told that they actually had them ready to ship but they didnt pass the quality inspection test. Don’t appreciate being lied to then left hanging after spending that much money.
