Thank you Anna for our five stars. I am so sorry that your box arrived damaged but thank goodness the disc itself was unharmed. We send out hundreds of these discs all around the World and every now and again an idiot in one of the delivery companies fails to read the red 10" high letters all over the box saying "FRAGILE". However, I am pleased to say that it is extremely rare that the disc itself ever gets damaged due to the quality of the packing itself.
Quick and efficient service

Ordered a personalised framed disc and had communication with Jon. He was brilliant from the start, made the whole process of ordering very easy and the end result, which we ordered for a client, was fabulous and he was very happy with it. Will definitely be using this company again.

Customer service and advice given from The Gold Record Company exceeded expectations… I purchased the Arctic Monkeys AM gold record at a better price than competitors for my son’s 18th and received it earlier than expected, he's going to be absolutely elated with it as I know I am. The quality is fantastic and it would make a stunning display for any music lover! I would definitely recommend The Gold Record Company to others and will be sure to shop again.
