Cowboys
Used to work here, never known such an unprofessional bunch of cowboys, I was rarely paid correctly. And would often go to customers who had been delayed deliveries for weeks, due to incompetent planning, and many customers who had been invoiced the incorrect amount.
Totally factual as I am a morally conscious person unlike sales people driven by bonuses , and vindictive management .

Not a great experience, delivery didn't turn up on advised date (after i had to contact to ask date) no one called to advise.
Called following day (twice) no one called back, third call was told would be delivered in 3 days time due to driver breakdown. Driver then turned up in full Size tanker after i requested small

You refused to deliver the oil and then charged me for the cancellation!

Good afternoon,
I've checked your account and I can confirm that we have not charged you for the cancellation.
This is true of your order directly with us and from your order with the third-party oil buying group. We have actually indicated to the buying group that it's a no-fault cancellation so they shouldn't charge you either.
Secondly, I would like to apologise that we had to cancel the order. This is due to increased focus on health and safety of our staff, our customers and our customer's property - often the customer is not insured for oil being delivered through a house. I understand this is inconvenient particularly when it affects customers we've dealt with previously. Again, we can only apologise.
I imagine the oil buying group is holding your money while they attempt to find another fuel supplier to deliver the oil. If you find that they have charged you then please contact feedback@broadlandfuels.co.uk and we will try to recover this on your behalf.
I believe this review is due to a misunderstanding and if this reply has cleared this up then we would appreciate it if you delete the 1* review. If there is anything else we can help with or if you wish to discuss this further please email feedback@broadlandfuels.co.uk.

When I explained this to Broadland, the very kind customer adviser arranged very speedy delivery.
Delivery driver was very prompt and considerate.
Thank you so much. Our disabled son who used a wheelchair was delighted when the heating came back on!
