I cannot recommend Broadland Fuels more highly, from the personal customer service, to going above and beyond in times of need. They represent 'good old fashioned' service that is sadly missing from most companies now.

Was quoted one price then when going into basket changed 2p pl emailed to complain got no response very disappointing

My recent experience with Broadland Fuels was utterly appalling.

After FOUR failed attempts at delivering fuel I was given little choice but to cancel my order........(For their fourth attempt they delivered part of the order to a neighbour who's tank was already almost full. The driver didn't even knock at the house to check. He just left a rude note complaining he couldn't deliver the full amount !!).

When I called them after each failed delivery the staff never knew that the delivery had even gone wrong ! The relevant manager made no attempt to reconcile the problems I'd had or even talk to me on the phone. This is even more surprising as I'm part of a medium size consortium and I will now do my utmost to insure we don't use Broadland in the future.

What a shambles …. don't touch them with a barge pole !!!!

Katie ... That's all very well for future business but does little to change my own personnel experience of using Broadland Fuels. Consequently my comments still stand as I see no reason to change them. C.

Cheapest price and delivered when they said

Delivered on time and at reasonable orice

We’ve had an account with Broadland for many years, we’ve never had a problem with them but to be fair they’ve had a few with us as I’m always running out of fuel and calling in a panic. Thankfully they’ve always made the delivery at short notice!

Their prices are always fair and their telephone sales staff are always helpful. A big shout out to Katie who is forever happy and ultra positive, which is always a plus when you’re in a state of depression due to the day to day antics of an inept Tory government!

Very helpful service. Ordered online but called the office for advice and they were very helpful.
Very fast service, even though I went for the slowest delivery option the oil was delivered very quickly and before the expected date.
Will always use Broadland Fuels in future. Prices are competitive and have found them to be cheaper than some comparison sites.

Easy website and ordering process. Ordered delivery within a two week period which was honoured. I did request prior notice but no notice of delivery was received... luckily I was in when the driver arrived. Not sure what the arrangements are for redelivery if I am not in. Operative was friendly, very professional and respectful of property. Delivery note provided. Thank you.

In spite of the present obstacles to fuel supplies, BF delivered my oil 2 weeks before the date forecasted. Have been most satisfied with BF, which offers fuel usually below the price of other local competitors.
