Very happy with the work carried out. The men were very professional, and tidied up after themselves. Would recommend.

Hi I'm a disabled lady and Broardoak have just finished putting in brand new central heating and insulation, along with 2 fans. They had to take out our old heating system and re rout pipework and install new radiators, a combi boiler and do roof and wall installation on our top floor. I can't thank the guys who did the work enough, they were methodical and everyday they covered my stair carpets to protect them as they were running up and down and at the end of each day they lifted the covering and swept the carpets clean !!!!. They were efficient, proffesional but above all else so friendly and approachable which you need when you have strange people in your house. Everytime I had to contact the office about some things I was put through to the "jobs manager" and was spoken to friendly and was explained things how I could understand them. I would totally recommend Broardoak to do any work you needed and you will definitely be met with a friendly manner, may I take this opportunity to thank Matt and Levi, Ash and Kyle you guys are true diamonds and I can't thank you enough for all your hard work but more so your very caring manner towards me throughout you guys are the salt of the earth and I will actually miss you not being here anymore. I definitely would have Broadoak back if I needed anything else done thankyou all so very much and a big thankyou to Jack, the jobs manager for sorting out all my queries or any problems I had, your all stars in my book thankyou all again, best wishes The Churchill family xx

Excellent job done, I had a boiler, radiators, pipe work and some electrical works done, the workers we're polite and friendly and got on with the work to a very high standard, they were also very tidy and cleaned up after themselves at the end of everyday so helped keep the place dust free even though so much work was going on, I had no hot water or heating at the coldest time in December and Broad Oak, got me warm in time for Xmas with a brand new central heating system, no more waiting for the water to warm up, thank you, very pleased!

It took a while to get everything in place, but once the work started it was completed in 4 days, it was Christmas week and a couple of small jobs had to be finished after the holiday, but the guys were brilliant, experts in Their field and would recommend them to any one else.
Overall completely satisfied with the new system and the workmanship.

The whole team were great from the people who booked is in to the professionals who came and fitted the boiler, the vents and putting in extra insulation. Would definitely recommend them. The aftercare team are also really good

Smooth process from start to finish of the installation of brand new heating system. Gas engineers were extremely helpful and explained what they were going to do each day. The electrician took time to explain operation of thermostat settings. Office staff called to check everything was fitted to standard.

Broad Oak-Great Guys . Completed job internal installation satisfactorily. Went beyond the normal , many workers to finish the job.

Having tried to gain funding for cavity wall insulation I was concerned about progress but subsequently all was explained so in the end I found the service very thoughtful and helpful.

Brilliantly service from start to finish, completely re did central heating, changed from traditional boiler to combination. New boiler, pipes, radiators, thermostat and valves all on grant. Lads really polite, clean and tidy everyday. Highly recommend Broadoak

The quality of the work was excellent and the on-site staff were very professional. The scale of the project was much larger than I had anticipated but should not deter prospective customers as the end result is very worthwhile. My only criticism is the rather poor communication from their HQ about timescales and the overall project plan.

Broad oak installed my elderly Father new heating the week before Christmas. The work was carried out very efficiently and professionally .

Broad Oak have done lots of work for me recently including installing central heating and providing a ramp in front of my house.All the work was to a high standard and the workers were friendly and hard working.

Broad Oak from the start have provided myself with exceptional experience. Every phone call, email and post installation advice (Chris Smart has been amazing!) has been fantastic and assuring. The work men that carried out the work at our cottage were polite, professional and helpful with questions/queries. The speed in which we received our installation after applying for the eco 4 grant was also excellent, aswell as being reassured at all stages Highly recommended Broad Oak as a company. I recently had a heat source air pump solar panels cavity wall insulation loft insulation
Insulated plaster board heat pump tank new radiators and new pipe work installed with broad oak big job I’ve got to give all the workers that came to work on the house top marks very helpful good quality standard of work and tidy when doing there different trades .Hitting a couple of snags on the way but resolved in the end please with the work carried out

It has made a huge difference to the cost of heating our property typically halving the weekly cost.

The work men were good all of them they cleaned up every day and also as mum has Alzheimer's they were good with her had a joke etc and now she loves her wall insulation and boiler

I contacted Broad Oak in May of last year having seen their adverts on Facebook. I was told that l qualified as my income is under thirty-one thousand pounds a year. It took some time from then until my night storage heaters were replaced by a heat pump and solar panels. It included a lot of emails and phone calls plus a couple of home visits to ensure my home was suitable. But on the 11th of December 2023 over two and a half days l had a heat pump,six radiators in various sizes,two extractor fans, loft insulation and solar panels installed. I had numerous plumbers,electricians,builders,scaffolders and solar panel engineers.All were polite,hard working and tidy.They were all on time and worked well together considering they all came from different parts of the country. They cleared away all debris left from old radiators and boxes and packaging from new radiators and panels.All tradesman were well organised and efficient many thanks go to them.I am very pleased with the new heating system l now have warmth in all rooms and can change the temperature as and when l please, l have constant hot water nolonger having to use an immersion heater. Without a dought l'm very very happy having changed from Night storage heaters to a heat pump and solar panels.
