Use Broad oak for our extension , good team of lads and ladies .Took a bit longer to build than expected but worth it.Had no issues after except for a leaking radiator :)

Also used them for cavity insulation , again a good job was done.

Again Broadoak have been very efficient in helping me with follow up questions and a few issues after heat pump installation. They are also there to help with any issues, can not fault them as a company! 5*

What a lovely and friendly team, they were clean and tidy and very helpful. Kieran and Nathan were brilliant.

Work carried out to install boiler and insulation. All works carried out in professional manner and to a high standard. Minimum mess made and left clean and tidy. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had Broadoak come and do our loft insulation. Date and time were confirmed with the office and the installers came on time and did a very professional job with minimal mess. Will use in future if any other works need doing

From start to finish Broadoak have been absolutely brilliant whilst we've been having our cavity wall insulation done thanks to a government grant. They've been incredibly efficient, friendly and super helpful at every point. From the lovely ladies in the office to every single tradesman we've had to the property, everyone has been so lovely and helpful! Would highly recommend!

We have just had an air source heat pump and solar panels fitted by this company and they were absolutely fantastic! They understood how anxious I was feeling about the whole thing. They sent me the best plumbers who were friendly and professional and worked so hard. They turned up when they said and didn’t stop until the job was completed. They ran through everything with me and kept me updated each step of the way. Highly recommend this company. They even called me to check everything was going to plan. Well done Kieran, Martin x2 and the two jordans. Oh and the scaffolding was taken down soon after completion too.

We had a few issues, our burglar alarm wouldn't work as some of the wiring was trapped in the plaster, we had to get it fixed ourselves. They fixed the pull switches on our wall lights but they broke again as the wiring was buried in the plaster too deep, so we had to get some new lights and get an electrician to sort them out.
The extractor fan they installed in the kitchen wouldn't come on when I was cooking so I had to Google for instructions and reset it myself.
My Husband had to paint the wall in our yard as it was covered in plaster dust that wouldn't wash off.
When they put the raidiators back we couldnt get them all on as there must have been air in the system which weve had to sort out ourselves.
When workmen did turn up they hadn't been told what they were supposed to be doing, so we were left to project manage it all. I have emailed, phoned, left messages and was promised that Steve Eardley would call me and explain what happens now, but not heard a peep from anyone.
So although most of the work is good and we are pleased with it, no one has bothered to check if we are happy, or even told us the job is finished, they've just left us to it.

Just to amend my previous comments, Broadoak have been really good about putting everything right, that we weren't happy with, and they've reimbursed us for the extra cost we've incurred. So although we've had a few problems they've all been sorted now, so I'm now giving them a couple of stars back. Thank you to Broadoak for trying your best to sort everything out.

Don’t get these in my mother has nothing but problems and still a lot of work to be finished, get promised people are going to turn up and no show, she using around £80-100 a week on electric because the solar panels are not working and no one cares

Broad oak came to install an air source pump, new boiler and central heating radiators to my property. I had been struggling with antiquated storage heaters for years.
The team were professional, swift and hardworking. They tidied after themselves everyday and tried to minimise the disruption that this big job would inevitably cause.
They have been really good with their follow up. Checking in on me to ensure there are no problems and ensuring I have any questions answered straight away. I would highly recommend broadoak to replace your heating set up

Couldn't give these guys anymore credit. I'm a Homes Plus tennant and have been chasing several jobs to be done over the last 2 and a half years to get fobbed off. Eventually after many hours arguing over months and months jobs get passed to Broad Oak and these guys are amazing!!! They contacted me almost immediately after receiving the email from homes plus to arrange a day to come and get the jobs done and it's always been the same day or the next day as long as they have availability obviously. Always completed the work to a high standards with no issues. They have completed a whole bathroom refit for us aswell as rail repair and painting and much more. I can't thank the team at broad oak enough. I really can't. And big shout out to Kyle....he's one of the main guys who I've dealt with and he's been amazing. Great communication, friendly, polite and understanding. BROAD OAK Group is a perfect example of how a business should run. Thankyou guys so much!!

I have a new boiler and radiators, and cavity wall insulation and extractor fans installed free under the ECO4 scheme and am very grateful for this. But I think anyone going for this scheme needs to be aware of the amount of damage to your home that you may be left with. I currently have to repair (at my own expense) damage to wall where they removed pipes, damage to wall where new extractor fan was fitted, holes in floor and vinyl where old radiator pipes removed, water damage to wall caused by leak from increased water pressure, new taps for washbasins (it cost £400 total to have installed by plumber) because the old taps wouldn't cope with the higher pressure of a combi boiler, damage to wall (holes in wall), damage to floorboards. I am told these are my responsibility to get fixed and I estimate it will run to at least £2000 in total to get all this fixed. I am disabled and can't fix these myself. It needs to be made very clear to people that there are risks in going ahead with the ECO4 system - you may be left with damage to your home that is costly. And the stress and worry of it when you are left to cope with the aftermath alone - and the cost of the damage when you are already on a low income and may have significant health problems and/or disabilities, and may be highly vulnerable. Someone in government needs to be monitoring the impact and aftermath of this scheme throughout the UK as the ECO4 scheme is apparently a government initiative. It feels like no one is protecting our interests when we are left with the damage and expense afterwards. Who do we go to in this situation? We shouldn't be left with potentially hundreds or thousands of pounds worth of damage to pay for ourselves - nor the stress and worry of it which impacts on our health.

Exelient work .every job perfect and on time thanks for good and clean job

Broadoak came to complete the eco 4 works in January of this year. Having being let down last minute by another more local company, we were hoping for a better service and weren’t disappointed. Yes we had a few little issues here and there but you would with any company. We had a lot of tradesmen here over the three week period and they were all top notch. the plasterers were a pair of characters, Joe and Dave and they kept us entertained with their antics (in a good way). We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend Broad Oak to others.

Great job by this company the staff on the phone were polite and courteous the workers that attended my property were also very respectable and clean great company would recommend to everyone 😃

Had broadoak come out to do some upgrades through the eco4 scheme. All trades okay apart from the cowboy plasterers who took things from my house and ruined various things in my house including splitting all the wood and bending all the legs on my £850 wardrobe. Virgin media had to come out to fix my WiFi after they broke the modem and the wiring, blocked my bathroom sink cleaning the plaster off their tools, stole my dustpan and brush and some wood from my garden. Broke two lamp shades and bent all my blinds they took out of the windows and threw them on the floor. Countless other pictures and emails sent to broadoak. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of using.

The installation of our heat pump and solar panels was great and all the work was completed on time and to a high standard. The tradesmen were friendly and tidy and we're really pleased with the work. Communication from the office wasn't always the best and it took a while to resolve a couple of issues but everything was sorted and we've now got a lovely warm house!

We had a new heating system fitted could not fault anybody job well done.

The work was alright the two men that came did a good job but made a mess of the cabinets as the door doesn't stay on where the gas meter is
