We recently had a wet room installed in our home.
I cannot praise the tradesmen that did the work highly enough.
They were prompt and efficient.
Each day before they left they cleared everything away and left the bathroom tidy.
The quality of everything that was used in the installation was of the highest quality.
We were kept informed every day by Sophie exactly what time the next trademans would be attending.

Broad Oak Property Services have given us a fantastic service. We contacted them as part of the Great British Insulation Scheme and have had a great experience. Every step of the process was explained clearly and why it needed to be done. Paperwork for us as customers was minimal and completed electronically. All the specialists, surveyors and professional people who came to our property were; polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Happy to answer any questions we had. All the work was completed to a high standard. Just waiting for ventilation tile to be fitted on the roof. Really happy with all the works undertaken. Thanks to Max and the team for a great service.

Update review post EcoThermal Beading Insulation installation.
Installation was not without issues. Bead leakage into kitchen cupboard discovered after installation.
However, after phone calls/emails and photos sent The installation men returned and helped tidy and fix issue.
Max facilitated hard copies of insulation warranty, arranged an Energy Perfomance inspector to come out to renew EPC and an engineer came out to replace a brick air vent cover damaged during work.
I am satisfied with work carried out by Broadoak and am pleased that my EPC is now at an upper D. Thank you.

I can honestly say that the Broad Oak Group were great .
Everyone who came to my apartment , from the wall insulation team , plasterers and joiners were brilliant. Very accommodating, very professional workmanship and great service.
I would like to say a Big Thank you to Martin , Steve (The Managers ) and Luke for great communication and organising the workforce .

We were very pleased to have our solar panels fitted by Broadoak, as they did a really good job. They explained everything we needed to know. Very polite, great bunch of lads.

Had work done by this company before Christmas and it was amazing! Excellent people working here, the work got carried out quickly but efficiently. The man explained everything to me regarding the way to put the heating on and even helped me sort my bedroom door while they were here. Always happy to help!

Recently had heating renewed with new boiler, cavity wall and loft insulation. Great band of tradesman did excellent job were polite and friendly and worked hard to deliver an excellent result.

If we could give Minus stars..... My Poor 75 yr old, disabled Mother had Solar panels fitted, Mid-March. the work took longer then they predicted and they left a right mess behind them. Since they departed - the heating and water has been on and then off - mostly not working - every week now for over a month. She's had to call them to come over from Stoke-on Trent to Anglesey at least once a week, if not more. It's currently not working. I am furious - what a bunch of 'cowboys'. Devastated.

Can't speak highly enough of Broad Oak service. Solar panels and heat pump surveyed and installed with skill and courtesy. Professional throughout, would highly recommend.

We moved into our house a year ago and noticed how quickly the heat disappeared from the house.
I enquired about a government grant and luckily was eligible with my Asthma. We both work full time, but having asthma obviously has finally do something good for a change.
6 guys turned up, all to do various tasks with the insulation.
They were all so friendly and gave our dog lots of attention. Was nice to know I could stay downstairs, knowing I could trust them in their own. The one guy stayed behind at the end for half hour as we were having a great conversation on life.
Would highly recommend!

Broadoak properties workmanship is bottom of the pile in my opinion. God knows what they pay these jokers they send around but it must be peanuts because they all behave like untrained monkeys. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS FIRM WITH A BARGE POLE is what I say. My view based on 40 years in the trade is ; Amateurs. Rude, arrogant people. Unhelpful could not care less attitude. They have no idea what they are talking about, struggle to do basic works, try to blind you with what passes for science in their book to get more work out of the job, and more besides. Steer well clear if you have any pride in your home because this lot have none.

Very friendly staff who all worked hard.the work was done to a good standard .only slight negative is the mess that I was left with but all in all a good job done professionally. The lads who worked on the property was all top lads and allowed us to get on with our day .

I would like to say one star is for the installation and some of the guys who worked at our property.
Our property is old and we had on moved into it on the 14th Sept ‘23, this company started work on 7th Dec ‘23, we had told the company this and said to them at all times to be careful in the loft area as the building was old along with the ceilings. This property has not been renovated since being built in 1910.
In the 20th Dec’23 the guys were in the loft when part of the kitchen ceiling collapsed. We still have a hole in our kitchen ceiling to date. This company has not admitted liability and their insurance company has offered a pittance to be truthful less than half of what it’s going to cost us to replace the ceiling plus appliances that were damaged in the process of the lath and plaster ceiling landing on them our toaster was flattened and other items were only weeks old. We are now fighting for compensation so that we can put right the damage that they caused. We are not being greedy, we haven’t asked them for anything other than replacing the items that have been damaged and the ceiling to be fixed and not for the amount of stress, time caused by getting quotes and living with no kitchen as we are waiting for the ceiling to be repaired.

Brilliant service couldn't praise enough

All the workers were very friendly and helpful, was happy to leave them in the house while I went to work , did a good job installing everything and very happy with the work carried out .
