Still trying to get a refund!!!
They are not answering to my email regarding the return address and RMA number they are asking for when returning the items.
I only wanted to try the stencil that was on sale for $9.99 but I was charged over $200. Before checkout there were adverts which I declined but when my PayPal transactions came, there were items I did not order. The package came after over two weeks!
I did not open the package because I want a full refund! But they are not replying to my emails about the return address details. I will report this company to the UK International Consumer Centre (UKICC) if they do not return my hard earned money. I don't deserve this!

I would give negative stars if I could. I thought I would try this brow powder out. The price was reasonable. They offered a double pack for $17.99. I ordered that. They kept trying to get me to order more, but I definitely said no. I said no to VIP membership and to $12.95 expedited shipping. I was notified in a hurry yo get it. We'll, the next day I had 3 different charges on my account adding up to over $80.00!! I have emailed them so many times I have lost count. I went in to ask for a refund and it said after I receive the product contact them. They charged me for 5 sets of that stuff,plus the expedited shipping and the VIP membership! I finally got the package after 3 weeks, so much for expedited shipping. I haven't opened them. I keep telling them I don't want any of their products at all after this. They are ignoring my emails and won't send me return information or anything. I am a senior citizen living on Social Security, and I don't need to be cheated out of what little money I have. I just want to try that one thing! I'm reporting it to the BBB and Consumer Affairs. I will also see if my bank can do anything about this. I have been so stressed out by this company, I'm a nervous wreck! I want a full refund and that's all I will settle for. I'm considering getting a lawyer. Do not order from this company. I read many negative reviews just like mine. Something needs to be done about this company.
Update: BrowCharm has now given me a full refund. After the Trustpilot review, they finally paid attention. I'm happy they finally did the right thing. This was a very stressful situation for me. I still wouldn't recommend that anyone do business with thi company. Too may bad reviews and most were the same problem I had. Thank you to BrowCharm for refunding my money.

I ordered one set of brow powder and stencils for a discounted price of $8.99 and when I checked my PayPal there was another payment of $12.95, for what I have no idea. I tried to cancel right away but I couldn’t. I have emailed the company asking to refund the second charge but after readings the reviews I’m worried they will charge me for this so called VIP Membership etc. I will let you know how I get on. I wish I had read the reviews first.

Ordered and when checking out there were page after page of other crap they are trying to sell you. Thought I made it through without any extra crap when I saw they charged me for expedited shipping after I already checked out and paid for regular shipping. Product took over a month to come and I'm still fighting them thru PayPal for the expedited charges refund. I'll never buy again. Scam artists.

Evidently, you're stuck purchasing their so called VIP Membership whether you want it or not. The fine print says you can opt out, but when you do, you're sent in a circle. When I finally got my product, I followed up by going back to their website, signed in and voila! No membership.
Until today. I was charged $34.71 (that's a scammy price, isn't it? Like, I wonder how many people see a charge like this and figure it's something else) from a group called Cosmeticsshop. It's Brow Charm.
Yeah. That's the kicker.
It's my BRAND NEW VIP MEMBERSHIP to this terrible company. The product itself is really not that great either but heck, for $9 I thought I'd give it a try. What a terrible decision.
Of course I'll get stuck in their vicious loop again.
I asked for a refund. I asked my credit card company to check this out too.
I attempted to cancel my (cough) subscription (cough) via email as per BrowCharm fine print.
Come on. This is a nightmare. This company finally broke me.
I will never, ever buy anything outside of trusted stores again.
==UPDATE==
I did hear back from them, they did not respond to my "where does it say I'm a member of the VIP club" (because when I went to their website, it did not show that I was already a member, it literally had a button for 'buy VIP') but they did say "nah, you signed up for this when you bought the product" with a screenshot of their fine print.
Rather than continue to argue with their rep I took their offer of refunding me 1/2 of the VIP membership and decided to make it a lesson to myself.
They get points for answering the email.

Buyer Beware. Just realized that for 5 months they had been charging my account with a $34 charge that was unauthorized. They tried to tell me that I signed up for a membership, which I did not. If they do not refund ALL your money report them to the BBB, call your CC and report unauthorized charges, and write a bad review. This company is a scam.
Update. They also charged me for an extra stencil kit which I did not authorize or order…and they refuse to refund my money. Please do not purchase anything from this scam company. And report them to the BBB.

Their checkout is deceiving and confusing...it asks if you want to add items on and when you hit no thanks and it keeps asking you the same question so you hit the complete and pay and it said that I added on 3 eyeliner for $59 which i didn't. My bank was notified immediately and they are investigating it. All I ordered was 1 brow kit for $9.99 which came to $15.40 and I left that transaction on there. I will keep everyone updated as to how professionally they handle the outcome of this. After all of these bad reviews why wouldn't you make some adjustments to your website to make it easier for your customers to make purchases and checkout? Multiple complaints for the same issue is a red flag and I should have read them before I ordered from here.

I was so excited to try the product but after the checking out, I quickly realized this was a scam company. I cancelled my order but quickly realized they have unscrupulous business practices. They make it virtually impossible to cancel. Quick pop up screens used to “confuse” the buyer. Awful. I’m still awaiting my refund.

Taken money out my account without authorisation signing me up for VIP benefits I didnt ask for and the product I did purchase is not fit for purpose and nothing like the colour advertised. I want my money refunded within 24 hours or I am reporting to the bank as fraudulent.

Ordered one $20 product. They sent 3 sets of multiple products and billed over $100. They did refund the full amount. Had to pay shipping to return. In addition they enrolled me in the VIP club and started me for that. Currently under review at PayPal.
The one product I ordered was totally unusable.

I ordered 1 product (eye brow stencil kit in Brown) It was meant to be 8 GBP and they charged 11.45, then a day later 12.95 for expedited delivery. I have blocked this and opened a claim
on Paypal. I want my money back!!! You charged me for something without my knowledge or authorisation!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I placed my first and only order in September 2024. I contacted them by email, to check on the status of my order and I was originally told that they were behind on orders and they apologized and said that it was being shipped out by the end of the week, this was months after my order was placed and paid for. To date (March 26th, 2025) I still have not received anything and when I contact their customer service they only send me a tracking number. I have requested a refund and now have not received any response back at all. Please don't waste your money, order from a diffrent company!!!

Be aware of confusing checkout processes I was charged almost 89.00 for a worst quality eye brow stencil kit when it was supposed to be 20.00, plus 35.00 a month for a VIP subscription I never agreed to! Scammers !! And the product is horrible!

I guess I am the latest victim of this SCAM!!!! They debit my account 3 times in a row until my bank noticed something fishy and the fraud department called me. First they debited me $13 and some change, 2 mins later they debited $15, and the last transaction a few mins later was $58!!!! Navy Federal blocked the last transaction and failed a fraud claim for the first two transactions. Who scams Navy Federal customers, we are freakin active duty military!!!! I’m glad my bank jumped on this so fast and I’m looking into how to go after this company legally.

I am having the same issue!
The check out process is confusing and frankly deceptive as I never agreed to a subscription tho they asserted I did. I received a response and was told my subscription would be canceled but I am now being ghosted.
Shady business indeed.

I made a purchase and they have tried to continue to debit my account monthly without my authorization. Upon research, I have found that multiple people have had the same issues, don't buy through their website, find a different brand.

I thought my order came to 25$, and instead was signed up for a subscription, which I never even knew about, and was sent 4 of the product I ordered and I was charged 95$. My bank noticed and put a hold on my debit card in the case of possible fraud and I had to call them and tell them I did recognize the transaction but not the amount. That was on a Saturday, So on Monday, I had to go into my bank and get a new debit card so browcharm wouldn't be able to take anymore money out of my account. Then I contacted browcharm to return the product I did not want and did not order. Their return process is a big hassle, and they kept offering me 20%, then 30%, and finally even 50% the product to keep the product I didn’t want! I kept the product I originally ordered,because I wanted to honour my order, and keep what I ordered, but I wish I had of sent it back too. It’s much too dark for me, it makes me look hilarious! Doesn’t suit me at all…. Between the time I’ve spent emailing back and forth and going to the post office to return the product I didn’t want, to having to go to the bank to get a new debit card, this was quite a fiasco!! Overall this whole experience with browcharm has been a very negative one, and I will never deal with this business again

Be very careful when purchasing from this company. Had ordered 1 product but was charged for additional items. Two additional payments were taken out from my credit card which were not authorized by me
When I emailed regarding the additional transactions, they said that I had made accidental purchases. I didn't even know what these products were. I asked for the matter to be rectified and requested a refund for the unauthorized payments. They subsequently offered me a 25% discount for these, when I again requested a full refund they emailed back with a 50% discount for the products that they charged me for which I hadn't ordered!
