The Level 3 report was very thorough…
The Level 3 report was very thorough and delivered on time. After the solicitors had carried out the searches, I went back to the surveyor to clarify a few things and they responded immediately with the relevant information. I mistakenly paid more than what was quoted and they immediately pointed this out to me and refunded the extra money. Very positive experience and would highly recommend BTB Surveyors.

Really prompt and thorough report
I was interested in buying an auction property so had a very limited timeframe. I called and explained this to Mike, he was great! Fitted our survey in and came out really quickly.
He called me and verbally went through the notes he had made on the property and also gave me an idea of repair cost for each fault found. He then followed this up with a really comprehensive report, Thanks very much Mike.

I have been extremely impressed with BTB Surveyors as they handled everything from start to finish. Extremely detailed report, expectations, valuations and the added fact that they can still respond to you out of hours for any questions that you may have and a dedicated telephone number. Well done guys and i will continue to recommend you to anyone wanting a level 3 report.

Made initial contact, got a quote, booked the survey, performed on the day arranged, had full report within 6 days, yea, quite a read, but that’s what you need and so, very pleased.😀 Many thanks to all involved.
