Spent seventy on their concentrate sampler just to test different formats. The rosin hits different than the budder, the shatter behaves like I expected, and nothing felt like filler product. That kind of range justifies keeping them bookmarked.

I have been using bulk buddy for over 4years now and I absolutely loved them. However, my last purchase I only received a quarter of what I ordered and paid for... the first few emails I received a response but they always said, will get back after discussing with the team...I sent photos and a video of me opening up my package and weighing out the product... now they are quiet...wont respond to my emails... they owe me $323.50 for what was missing out of my order...I asked for them to send me the product I was missing, a refund or a credit....nothing...thanks...now I will not be shopping with you anymore.

The lack of response, no phone number to speak to someone directly and the fact they wont take accountability for their mistake...thanks..... the online chat is a fail because there is never a response back and their emailing system is very poor as well due to lack of responding.

My order was cancelled by the company, and yet they accepted my etransfer without notifying me about the status of my order, it’s been weeks since, and I’ve been given the runaround by them, I just want my order fulfilled

I made an order on a Friday around 10:30 in the morning. The payment was taken around 11 o’clock also in the morning. I didn’t receive an email saying the order is being processed until 12:15. So what does this mean, well it means that my order was shipped on the following Monday. Now, instead of receiving my order on Wednesday well I’ll be receiving it only the following Monday. It’s a lack of professionalism. So people don’t believe everything you read. Cause they do write that every order made before noon BC time will be shipped on the same day, which is not true. False advertisement.

I opened a ticket with Canada Post, they went out of their way to email Bulk Buddy and BB refuses to cooperate with anyone!

They claim to have opened three different tickets, Canada Post only confirms the one I opened so again more BS from BB!

They reply here with generic messages or make reference to refunds when I have make it crystal clear that I just want my order nothing else!!!

They won't post REAL reviews only the good ones and very few bad ones that they select on the website.

They won't refund you anything even if it's they're mistake and don't live up to the standards or policies.

Lie after lie with these guys if they even answer your emails. They don't answer 99% of the time, trust me!!!

The support is next to nil.. the products are a full A added to the products because they rarely meet the grading provided.

From Compound mold or other molds, too much shake or just outright a shitty product way over graded.

Horrid shipping times and holding your package for days before even dropping it at Canada post. Same day drop before 11 and send the same day is a massive lie.

The craft is no where near craft. Maybe a 3 A at best and the AAAA is closer to a 3 a or less for real.

This is my last time buying from these liers. I can't shop where I do not trust...these guys are extremely untrustworthy.

Update.... I will post all the conversation emails to my next review so the public can see the generic crappy support you get. Repeated text and same copy and paste bullshit when they do respond.

I asked for a refund numerous times and just get ignored or a different text but same generic shit.

They do NO care about you or your meds or money except to make it off you.

I ordered from here and I accidentally used my wrong email but the next day it said my order was cancelled and I can’t check my email to see why it got cancelled or how to refund because bulkbuddy chat won’t get back to you

First time ordering and honestly surprised how cheap it was for the amount I got. Quality wasn’t top-shelf but way better than expected at that price.

Always had good experiences with this company until my last order. I order 2 things an only received one. No one will answer on live chat and over sent emails and since Thursday last week I’ve received one email back I sent all information they asked for and screenshots and no reply yet. Hopeing to have it resolved soon….

Bulk Buddy only accepts etransfer with auto deposit. Customer is at the mercy of Bulk Buddy to deliver on what they paid for.

I placed an order on March 7, 2026 (Order #708834) for CBD to manage my elderly dog's pain. As of today (March 24, 2026), still no response.

Here's all my details.

This is my third or fourth attempt reaching out to you for update about a refund or resend order (Order #708834 originally placed on March 7, 2026).

Here are details I have for this order, and the time and efforts I've spent on trying to resolve this issue with Canada Post (the mail delivery service Bulk Buddy chose)

March 23, 2026: Canada Post called and indicated they searched their facility and cannot locate the package. Canada Post indicated they updated the ticket in their CRM to indicate the package cannot be found on their CRM and that you (Bulk Buddy aka ReRoll) is clear to file a claim.

March 20, 2026: I visited the main Canada Post office in my area for support.

March 19, 2026: I visited the postal outlet where the Delivery Notice indicated to pickup for the 4th time, and still no package can be found.

March 19, 2026: I emailed Bulk Buddy and no response was received.

March 18, 2026: I responded to Bulk Buddy's request for Order Number (Order #708834).

March 17, 2026: I emailed Bulk Buddy about missing package.

March 17, 2026: Opened a ticket with Canada Post about this missing item. Ticket Number: 0162755591

March 16, 2026:  I visited the postal outlet where the Delivery Notice indicated to pickup for the 3rd time, and still no package can be found.

March 13, 2026: I visited the postal outlet where the Delivery Notice indicated to pickup for the 2nd time, and still no package can be found.

March 11, 2026: Delivery Notice left, and I visited the postal outlet to pickup, package has not arrived at postal outlet.

March 7, 2026: Order #708834 placed and paid to Bulk Buddy.

I always had a good experience in the past, but this last order went missing, and getting any help or even an a reply from someone is almost impossible. I waited almost a month before contacting them about the package. I even contacted CanadaPost, the package is deemed lost. BulkBuddy.co still hasn't offered a resolution. I will update if a resolution is found, but I've lost hope. I'm out $150 and no product. I use it medicinally and can't afford to just buy more. I'm so disappointed, I had such confidence in these guys. Not to mention their online help tool says there is someone available to answer, and you never get a reply that way either.

They accept my payment but never send my order and they Ignore my massages
