Avoid WCC. They are not very professional. It's takes days for them to process orders even though they have been paid. Don't trust them at all. They are not the quality they used to be. There customer service is pathetic.

Hands down; this is the best MOM in Canada. Best quality and best prices. I've been ordering for 3 years and great service and even better quality product. You can't do better than WCC.

They are received my paiement last 3 days. .. and i never receive updates or date for delivery.... i need to go at the police and bank for cancel the transaction and ask my refund in my bank because WCC are a fraud now. Not good anymore. Very bad service

Everything is very hard and dry

I have ordered from this site and been a customer many times, but was incredibly let down when they messed up on my order.
Contacted customer service because I ordered a 3,000 mg gummy and I received a 1,000 mg gummy instead. (2000mg and 28$ difference)
Rather than having any record keeping of their own mistake, I was told it's my responsibility to film myself when I'm opening their packages, just in case they've made an error. Ridiculous.
If they screw up, don't expect any help. after some back and forth they gave me the difference in cost via website points, but that doesn't even make up for half of the value of what I ordered (2000mg short)
I work in the shipping department of my own company, we take and save photos of every package that leaves our warehouse so we can confirm when we've made an error.
Been a customer for years and I've never caused them any problems, but they treat me like I'm trying to rip them off. Disappointed.

Do not buy the insurance product got sent to wrong adress and is gone they will not honor the insurance.

Excellent customer service when there's been an issue - which is rare. Highly recommended.

DO NOT ORDER from West Coast Cannabis! I ordered 4 bottles of MCT oil cbd tincture. They sent me rancid, expired grapeseed oil tincture instead of MCT oil cbd tincture. It tasted and smelled rotten. They admitted their error but refused to refund me, and said that I could not return it either. I must throw it out now and loose $168.00 to these scumbags,and for doing nothing wrong other than ordering from them online.
I am in my sixties, and need cbd oil to help with my extreme back pain.
They obviously do not care about their customers well being or finances, they only want to get the money up front from you.
You low lives, you should be ashamed!
Very sketchy business practices, no customer service, no phone number to reach them. They hide behind emails and leave you with no other options but to vent on social media in hopes of saving others from this.
They basically took my money, shipped me rancid product, and won't communicate with me further to resolve it. I consider it absolute THEFT.

Great selection of products and prices are affordable. I have two complaints: 1)Shipping takes longer than stated. That being said, I just adjust my order dates to account for the extra days. 2)They forgot a bag of candies once and they were unable to offer me any compensation because I didn't have myself opening the package on video haha So now I have to film myself opening the package everytime and it feels a little ridiculous.

Complete crooks. My package was lost by canada post who told me it was their fault so they will reimburse wcc. When I contacted them they are refusing to pay me back what canada post paid them. So they are stealing my money.$200 DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!

Your budtenders are hustlers just tryin to get packages out the door for the Boss. Ordered paid for package on Dec 29/2025 and am not recieving it until Jan 06/2026 so as far as the confusion goes after being told I would have my parcel on the 2nd of January no I would not use this site again. I was lied to by a bud tender trying to hustle dope out the store like it was their store. Just know I won't ever try this site again. I hate liers with a passion and hope they all burn burn burn

Il ont longtemps été mon site préféré mais depuis quelque temps la qualité à diminué ... Les weeds sont beaucoup trop sec, goûte fad à cause de ça.. Les 2 derniers AA que j'ai commander sont allez direct à la poubelle, rien a faire, du foins tout simplement. Les deux dernier AAAA+ que j'ai commander viseullement etait tres beau mais etait tellement sec qu'il ne goutais rien pentoute et piquait la gorge. A 160$ l'oz c'est décevant un peu. Les lives resines je l'ai est toujours trouver ultra weard, ça goute pas grand chose d'autre que le solvant peux importe le strain.. Je changerai mon avis s'il décide enfin d'arretter de diminué la qualité mais d'ici là j'ai pas l'intention de recommander avant un bon bout.

Horrible customer service. I was sold a defective pen. Had to send multiple videos, to be told they’ll give me a credit. But I can’t use the credit with a discount code and it can’t be used for shipping.
So basically I need to spend MORE money in order to feel like I’m getting what I paid for. How is this even ok??
I will not be ordering with them again.

This is not a craft strain and have never seen it anywhere beside this site under the craft logo. I have been smoking the good stuff 30 years and when a 1 gran j dont even give me a buzz something wrong. I never complain but since diagnosed with cancer and very low on money , I expressed my issue the West Coast Cannabis . Advised there was no way this was close to 25% abd at the most maybe 15% THC. Burned horrible , tasted like shat and did not give me a buzz . It looks decent but looks are defiantly deceiving. Buyer very ware . I'd never order from here again . Moved to BUD EXPRESS NOW . much better deals .
