The case for the coin was broken
I mailed asking for a replacement but got no response

Ordered and paid for a gold sovereign on Friday 4th September.
I am in Ireland and what was not made clear to me at the time of ordering is that this gold coin needs to transition several countries before it arrives in Ireland. Today is Friday the 11th September and I have still not received my order and no communications from the company either. Next time I will purchase direct and in person from a bullion dealer in Ireland. Despite all the glowing reviews I personally would not recommend this company.

Customer service was excellent - willing to discuss, explain, and find answers to my questions. They were very patient and willing to bring in more service members to go over options. They were not hasty or dismissive, and they wanted me to feel comfortable and reassured in them, their service, and the process to buy and receive the precious metals.

With the help and kindness from Paola I got my account and order sorted what a patient lady 😊

My interactions with Bullion by post was very professional and transparent. They were very helpful and also highlighted possible pitfalls. Always there at the end of the phone. A very positive experience.

Fast ,efficient and stress free.. Delivery by UPS was earlier than I was notified,but that's not a problem.

From browsing to ordering my purchase was so easy with great communication from the seller at every stage of my order.

I ordered 5 times off bullion by post the process was easy for me all order came on time no problems will order again in the future.

Paid for two quarter ounce coins at strike price of 1000euro each .
Never received these coins and for over six weeks I was being informed it was down to demand issues .
Eventually irish Bullion told me my order was lost on transit .
I was told these particular coins won't be back in stock and all they could do was offer my money back which is fine in normal circumstances.
But these coins had risen in value to 1149 euro each.irish bullion refused to recognize my strike price and note there is no way to appeal this .
Ironically enough by the time I got my money back these coins had dropped in value to less than I originally paid and guess what irish Bullion had American eagles back in stock after informing me they wouldn't be back in stock .
Communication poor and won't be using irish Bullion again .

Delighted with what I got, have found a place in cork that also sells this might work out cheaper in the future due to p&p

Updates on delivery schedules are 100% emails from couriers with times along with phone calls from the driver when 10 minutes away are exceptional.
