I had an excellent experience with Buttercup Farm. I accidentally made an error with my order, but the team couldn’t have been more helpful and resolved it straight away. They then arranged next day delivery, which was hugely appreciated.

The price of the trellis was unbeatable compared to the major retailers, and the quality is fantastic. Great customer service, excellent value for money, and a genuinely hassle free experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be purchasing from Buttercup Farm again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We ordered 300 round mulch mats for the base of a hedgerow. I needed them quick, so I rang them up and they offered to look out for my order and make sure it was sent out quickly. They were delivered the next day. The mats were as expected and have worked well.

Avoid this company!!!!!!!!Delivery stated 2-5 working days. When I phoned there contact number, someone would pick up and state that they would get customer service to ring back!! Happened to me two days in a row!!! Then once I phoned over 20 times they finally gave me another companies number who was going to deliver my item! Took almost 10 business days to deliver!!! Rubbish company and customer service!! Very disappointed

Good quality planter trellis which arrived promptly. Friendly, helpful customer service when I added castors the day after ordering. Quidco cashback didn’t track though so I hope they approve the manual claim in motion.

Good delivery and product looks well made but would have expected slightly thicker timber for the Tawny Owl chimney type next box. Also one of the fixing staples was sticking out of the inside of the nestbox. Otherwise, would have given it 5 stars.

Bought a beautiful table lamp, from here. Way cheaper than, anywhere else. Fast delivery! Couldn't be happier!

Ordered a lounger. Never received a confirmation email of the order. Emailed them and they did not have the courtesy to reply. Lounger finally arrived and the box was completely battered and not taped up properly. They had sent the wrong lounger and furthermore there was a 2nd delivery note to a different person and a suspicious handwritten note saying they had sent the product back. Obviously this was a returned item and they thought they could get away with offloading it to me. I emailed them and had a reply saying I was dissatisfied with the item and offered a refund of £20.00. I replied stating again they had sent the WRONG product and requested a higher offer of a goodwill gesture. NO reply received just a confirmation of a credit to my bank account. I will certainly not order from this company again nor do I recommend them. I would have returned the item but they could not even be bothered to offer this! Dreadful customer service and do not acknowledge their mistakes.

Well pleased with the green feathers camera kit supplied by this company and received on time enabling its fitting before swifts arrive to their nest boxes.

The unit arrived on time and we are really happy with it except for one thing - the underside of the unit is damaged. It has three or four damaged areas. As it was on the underside, i have decided to keep the unit as i really like it and the damage doesn’t show. I have taken photos of the damage if needed

We are very pleased with our beautiful new dove cote that was delivered (efficiently) recently. Communication with the company could be better but the product quality is great!

Very good communication from this company and delivery was prompt. Item eventually reached me on the day of delivery, having been posted at the wrong house despite my address being clearly labelled. A fairly close neighbour brought it to me as he knows me. Typical of Yodel, in my experience ! The item is good quality and exactly as shown online.

Good quality items and quick to deliver. Item (an arbour) was also put together on arrival. Sales emails out of sync a little as received emails about did I want to buy? When I had already purchased. Polite sales team responded to my email with a query. Would recommend
