The negative reviews that cite delivery issues seem unfair to me as the website clearly states that delivery will be 8 or 9 days plus.
I have ordered on four different occasions and each time the delivery took anything up to 2 weeks to arrive, but arrive they did.
Yes, I had some minor issues with the DVD menu system [watching on my BluRay player], but the DVD film content played perfectly OK on my system.
Regarding the negative comments on DVDs being pirate. This may be so as I have only ordered Disney+ & Paramount+ box sets for Sci-Fi TV series on their subscription channels that I could not find available from ANY other retailer of any description. So for me, it was my only choice other than paying a monthly subscription which I do not want to do. This is also the reason why I am prepared to be patient for my delivery. If the DVDs are being 'burnt' to order, this could account for the 9 day + delivery delay ... who knows. My last most recent order had not arrived after 2 weeks and the Royal Mail tracking still showed as 'expecting item from shipper'. One email to DVDs online was promptly responded to within hours and my order was expedited with appropriate apologies and arrived by Royal Mail the day after next. So I cannot fault the 'Customer Service' I received. For those reading this and dithering whether to order or not. Just be prepared to wait for the order to arrive and keep monitoring the Royal Mail tracking number for it to show package accepted into their possession.
At the time of writing this there seems to be a problem accessing the DVD Online website and I am wondering if they have ceased trading. I hope not as this was my only source for the 'subscription' film content I have been ordering from them.

DO NOT order from this company. On the email I received said that my order will be dispatched in 1 to 2 working days of Romel. Then when I emailed the company they told me that my order will be dispatched in 9 to 10 days. They tried telling me that it will take nine days, for the parcel to travel from London to Yorkshire. Rubbish customer service. Do not waste your money.

Terrible, dodgy dvds that fail to function properly. Not to be trusted. Will take payment and leave you with nothing in return.

Ordered these DVD's for my cousin just under a week ago, seeing as how all the popuar retailers didn't have them. She confirmed that they arrived today and work on her DVD player, given the fact that they are Region 1. Can't fault the service really. Not perfect but then again what place is?

I had been trying to find the DVD set for ages then found this site online. took about a week to arrive but probably down to the postal strike. Minor problem initially but it sorted itself and was not down to BuyDVDsonline who could have not been more helpful in advising me and they responded almost immediately to my emails. Highly recommended.

They sell counterfeit DVD's, pretend they are a UK company, but they are based in Australia, and ship from China. Avoid at all costs. I payed via PayPal, so I'm hoping to get a refund through them.

Great service from this company, when I had a query they got back to me straight away and were willing to help, i always appreciate good customer service I will be going back to use them again!!

If Anyones Purchased "Big Deal" Discs from this seller id be intrested to know if the condition of them were ok? And no jump backs Thankyou.

Very wary of this lot but took the plunge and not sorry so far at least, looking for season 11 of my fave show - a bit late on delivery due to covid I guess but ok

I'd been trying to get Homeland season 8 in dvd format for a week or so, I had exhausted all the usual channels and am not a netflix subscriber. These people suddenly popped up. I took a look at their reviews and had plenty of misgivings. However no other alternatives being available decided to give them a go. All I can say is the dvds in this instance at least are genuine and the region (2) correct for the uk. The box arrived about a week after ordering royal mail tracked.
5 stars from me.

Bought Man In The High Castle box set, DVDs look cheap and are home made, no proper cases for them and don't even work. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Ordered Yellowstone Season 4, arrived yesterday and found the discs are pirate and poor quality.
Started with disc 1 of 4, looked okay with Yellowstone Discs with imaging on the disc but when played it was Matrix Revolutions, and a poor copy at that. Avoid at all cost!

I paced an order june 2019 and recieved an e-mail that the order is shipped.

But never recieved the items. I contacted them but no respond.

And money is gone.

I was looking for world war 2 film GREYHOUND. starring Tom hanks, the film was only available by purchase by Apple tv plus, a subscription i didn't like but purchased the film hoping it would be available by mainstream sellers.like Amazon or ebay and no they don't sell it it's like it didn't exist, so I tried online channels like Amazon prime, Netflix, disney plus again at the moment no it's not available. So i found it on this site a bit dubious since there has been some poor reviews about the selling company but Not by this customer a brilliant service

Not only did it exist, it arrived promptly the standard of the disc is perfect with excellent sound and picture quality ,very happy customer I would highly recommend this seller

Contrary to the negative reviews I have read I found no problems placing the order, delivery tracking, delivery within their promise even over the post Christmas and new year. I received the correct (region) DVDs as well as the DVD box set I ordered was less than half the price from anywhere else and free P&P. I'll certainly be looking them up again if I need to buy any more.

Thee DVDs arrived this morning, by tracked post. Communication with seller was great. The DVDs themselves were an excellent price. Bob’s Burgers- series 1-10 at a fraction of what I would have paid for them if I had bought from Amazon. Will use again.

I wouldn't honestly bother... I've been waiting for dvds for nearly a month. They haven't arrived... Not necessarily their fault as such but the customer service has been horrific. they don't know 'what to do' will not even entertain the idea of a refund. Currently ignoring me as I ask them again for a refund as honestly wouldn't want the dvds after the stress they have put me under... Currently £89 down the drain.
I really wouldn't bother.

Description advised region 2 but clearly marked region 1 when it arrived. No response to my emails. Would advise others to avoid!

Wish I’d of read reviews before wasting £19 on a fake blu ray which is suppose to be region free, haven’t heard back from them since I let them know it doesn’t work.
Report to trading standards going in next week.
STAY CLEAR.

Bought Season 18 NCIS . Jerky picture, DVD freezes.
Last episode No. 16 not even on DVD.
Will not use again.
Wait till there out on Amazon.
