Buy me once is the website I always consult first when I find I need something. The choices will all reference sustainability, reliability, customer service and classic design. I feel the site is looking for the same things that I am when I make a purchase. The rest is a breeze. Prompt delivery, never sent the wrong thing, good packaging with an eye to getting rid of the plastic.Many happy years shopping.

An item (Dualit toaster) has still not been delivered even though it was shown as being in stock and my order was accepted.

The expected delivery time has come and gone with no indication of when the toaster will be sent.

Additionally a refund for a different cancelled order has still not been processed,

So far very disappointed. One star is generous. May review if the refund and new toaster are processed as promised.

Brilliant. I love this site, I have bought several things over the years. I trust them to do my research for me so I know what I’m getting will be great. This Suri toothbrush is excellent. Great design and great to use. Highly recommended!

Love buy me once - they have a great selection of high quality products that are reasonably priced and excellent value in the long run. Such a refreshing change from the mass produced, limited lifespan stuff that's widely available.

I found 2 items that I was interested in (a larger than standard bath sheet, and a deep double size fitted sheet). Ordering and payment was straightforward and the items arrived very soon after.
I wanted to buy good quality and I have been pleased to find both items meeting my expectations.

Problem free ordering and arrived in good time.

As you know the products are supposed to be very high quality - which is why they’re so expensive. I bought a very expensive chopping board and oven dish. The oven dish arrived scratched and the chopping board split through normal use after no time at all. When I complained I was told I would have to cover postage and that scratches on a supposedly new product is normal. 0/10

Obviously never using this company in future.

Quick delivery, great product

This company hasn’t always been a one star for me but I feel they have really let the side down of late. First of all I bought a VERY expensive chopping board that split through careful use and today I took delivery of a new oven dish and there are three obvious signs of damage on it. I’m surprised it wasn’t noticed to be honest.

I hope the pan I’m still waiting on is okay. I would still like to support this company as I share their values but I’m disappointed.

I ordered a baking tray from Buy Me Once three weeks ago, with delivery expected within 2-3 days. It has still not been delivered. I have received only two emails in response to my queries on this, asking me to be patient. When I requested a refund I was ignored. It is now 9 days since they responded to any email. I strongly recommend you don't order from this company.

The product was excellent, as described and came in a very useful cotton bag.

Appears a scam. Ordered sone Denby dishes on 2nd Jan 2026 and they still l haven’t arrived despite trying to contact them for advice/refund. Web site tracking stated order unfulfilled so would expect it cancelled and refunded but heard nothing back at all.

Love the products, replaced all my rubbish baking sheets. Great products.

Products great, service not so great. I and my family have made 2 orders in the last 2 months and they were both plagued with chaotic delivery and poor communication.

It's sad because I have been a long-standing repeat customer and had frequently recommended Buy Me Once to friends and family over the last few years. So I'm feeling pretty disappointed by the recent decline in quality of service, which a friend of mine has also experienced. I'm afraid I'm not nearly as likely to recommend the company any more. Hoping it's a blip and you're able to turn it around.

Cooks water well. Robust and does all a kettle does. However it is looking like it will do what it should last for a long time. Best kettle I have ever had also the most expensive by 5 times. But it doesn’t taste of plastic and looks ok so ask me again in ten years hopefully we will both still be working 🤞

I'd been looking for a food processer that wouldn't break down after a few months and found one assessed by Buy Me Once. Very speedy service and lovely solid product that has so far lasted really well.

I’ve made a few purchases based on recommendations from Buy Me Once, and up until recently I bought a Dualit stainless steel model and couldn’t be happier with it.
