The mattress exchange
The mattress seems to be very firm which we wanted but haven’t tried it yet as only just been delivered. Delivery men were very nice and when they saw we were incapacitated and not able to do much they moved furniture and things to get mattress through to bedroom and took previous one off the bed and put new one on and placed other mattress ready for collection in a few days as it was from a different company. Very polite very helpful no complaints. Will post later in week to say what mattress is like.

Excellent. Brilliant service and communications. Given delivery date and delivered within time slot. Full assistance given with large package into garage. Very friendly and efficient guys. Couldn't ask for more. NO PROBLEMS. Better than most delivery providers.

Highly recommended, a very personal experience with lovely staff members on the phone and delivery guys. The garden box is a high quality solid product and it fit together really easily. We were very impressed with the recyclable packaging and the incredibly well organised assembly parts which made building really straightforward. 10/10, thank you!
