We ordered a mattress, I hadn’t quite appreciated how big the mattress was, and how heavy it is!

It took the two delivery team, and my partner to get it up the stairs, in what sounds like the scene from friends - PIVOT! I think it sounds like they were close to quitting as we have quite narrow corridors and tight corners and this mattress does not bend!!

They went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was successful and a big thank you to them for their patience and perseverance on getting the bed to the top room!

Very impressed with the communication of delivery and timing info which was exceptional. Only bettered by the two extremely helpful guys delivering a very heavy flat pack plastic cupboard. With good humour they moved the substantial heavy box up to our raised terrace on one of the hottest days of the year! They are both a credit to your company

Fantastic service. Very friendly and professional staff. They called 30 minutes before delivery to make sure someone will be home during delivery.

The two man delivery team were exceptional. They took a lot of care and carried the furniture to exactly where it needed to be before helping us to unpack it.

Perfect communications, did exactly what they said they would do.

I had an automated message for a delivery today between 10 and 1pm
The message was spoken so very quickly I had no hope of noting what to do to confirm even when listened to for a second time.
It did not come.
Took a long time to find out how to chase it up.
Then told it was my fault as a text had been sent and I had not confirmed so they cancelled it. I received NO text.
I will suggest to white stone that they use another company for deliveries.
