Clear explicit answer to my enquiry. Previously I didn’t get a good explanation as to why I was refused a renewal. Kelly told me that By Miles will cease trading in ten months time which saddens me as I was very satisfied with the company.

I am really disappointed that ByMiles will no longer be operating their pay by mile policy, and that I have had to look elsewhere for cover. I have been with them for a long time and was very satisfied.

I found By miles a year ago, Ive been driving for over 35 years, but never found an insurance company that cares about you, they are quick to respond, for me it's that personal service, unlike no other. Brilliant communication from Finbar in relation to my new car purchase and the smooth transition to swap over the Miles Tracker when the time comes. This is my second year with By Miles and extremely disappointed that they are not taking any new business after my current insurance expires...I have nothing but high praise for their car insurance model.
