It was easy to order online and delivery was very quick. Everything arrived safely and undamaged.

Bad. Be aware of the price of return shipping fee!!!
I ordered gloves and wanted to return it because it doesn't suit well.
Be careful, you'll have to pay the return 30 euros if you want that. This is not fair neither competitive. I will not order again! I am stolen. All the other brands offer the return.

Beautiful bedding, ordered two different sets for choice ,both lovely and as online image, kept the Mourne green which is a nice contrast in my blush pink bedroom.

Excellent presents
Bought these as presents and they are excellent. Easy to order, came quickly, exactly what I needed and excellent quality. I'd highly recommend them. These are the second batch I have bought and the first have washed really well so I hope the gifts will be appreciated.

Good quality towels and helpful, pleasant staff
I had an internet outage which resulted in me placing the same order twice. The company was very helpful in remedying the situation and the refund for the extra order was immediately arranged. The agent I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant.
The towels are lovely, thick, soft and luxurious. Thank you.
