The brushed cotton duvet set is fantastic. Getting up in the morning is very hard it is so cosy under the covers.

3rd October 2025. The item hasn’t been delivered yet. Was due 29th September 2025. DHL seem to have it stuck at their depot. DHL are impossible to get hold of and it’s rather frustrating. I would appreciate this being resolved asap.

I received a diffuser as a present which had a fantastic fragrance and lasted for 2 months so I bought 2 more from your website. Unfortunately the bought diffusers evaporated so quickly maybe because of being warmer but at £15 each I do expect them to have lasted more than a couple of weeks. I still love the smell but too expensive for the time it lasted.

Visited the Livingston store last Saturday 13 September and received very helpful service from Alison G. Could not make up my mind, but with her help opted for The Laurel in Mourne Green. This is a beautiful fresh looking duvet cover and appears of good quality, although it is quite expensive, as are the pillowcases, even at 50% off. This is my first time purchase from Murmur and as a loyal fan of another prestigious bedding company, I only hope the bedding is of the same superior quality. Thank you Alison for your attentive service.

Double sheet very small, didn’t fit small double bed. Very disappointing given cost £55.
Can’t return as opened and can’t be repackaged.

Beautiful quality bedding.
Everything that I had ordered arrived together and quickly. My only concern was the outer packaging had ripped, due probably to the delivery company, I'm sure it wouldn't have left the warehouse in that condition. All inside packaging was intact.
Would definitely recommend for the quality of the bedding.

perfect from start to finish

We bought a full set minus the fitted sheet and they can’t give us a restock date? The set is useless without the fitted sheet! You would think they would offer to hunt down the sheet in one of their stores but no offer to do so!

The quality of the bedding is very good. The dispatch time was remarkable.

I was looking to replace a duvet cover and fitted sheet - and stumbled across this company. Dont be deceived by the sensible prices - the quality of the cotton is fabulous. The advert said the duvet is hand embroidered - I was cynical. It is hand embroidered! And the deep fitted sheets are exactly that.

Great quality bedlinen and fair price, prompt delivery

In June 24 I bought a superior feather duvet thinking it’s going to be an excellent product as I had 2 pillows. After using it for a year, duvet lost majority of feathers and became partially empty. Duvet wasn’t washed and fluffed instructions were followed.
As warranty is stated 5 years, I contacted Murmur customer service who advice me to fluff it more, which obviously didn’t resolve the issue and never came back with a replacement solution.
Would not recommend to buy and waste money.
