I made the mistake of trying to get my console repaired by another company, they failed. The next place I tried wanted £45 just to diagnose the problem.
Finally I found James, he repaired my console for a great price, he kept in touch throughout the process and fixed it quicker than the other company failed to.
Don't bother going anywhere else!

PlayStation 2 Controller repair.
Response to queries and repair quotes handled professionally. Items sent off repaired quickly with zero issues. Returned items work as intended, and I’m very happy with the final repair.
Highly recommended repairman, I would use their services again.

Awesome - Highly recommend!
James at Bytesfree was awesome at every step.
Very fast, very professional service that I cannot fault in any way. Very communicative and shows the work in picture form once the install of the mod was finished.
Would highly recommend! If there was a 6th star, I would gladly give it.
Any future mods or repairs, I will definitely be in touch.

An outstanding experience
If you’re looking for someone to do work on a console of any age, it can be a little difficult to find a reputable person who can do skilled repairs or modifications.
James of Bytes Free is just one such person, his workmanship is outstanding and is matched by his professionalism. I asked him to work on my Xbox 360 and the work was done quickly, pictures of the interior of the console were provided including the work he had done, which looked incredibly well done. An invoice was then sent to be paid if I was happy with his work. I was of course thrilled with the work!
I’m happy to say the 360 continues on very happily and I can recommend James and Bytes Free 100%!

Faultless service and workmanship.
I'm lucky enough to have Bytes Free only 30 minutes away and they've worked on all my consoles. Their knowledge is incredible and the workmanship is first rate. What's really nice is that they email you pictures of the work they've done & give a description of the overall condition of your consoles insides.
An example of the type of service you'll get is when Bytes Free identified a tiny bit of rust had formed in my Game Cube. They just cleaned it up free of charge. It's those little things that make all the different.
Now that you've found Bytes Free don't consider going anywhere else.
