Fast service, good communication

I have honestly had the best customer service I've ever experienced from James at Bytes Free. Was super helpful and explained thoroughly to me my options before we agreed on the work to be done. After sales support has also been excellent and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you!

James did a brilliant job installing the Picoboot for my gamecube! It has saved me a significant chunk of work learning how to solder.

The photos he provided of the solder job looked really neat/clean.

Excellent service bringing new life to old consoles

Very good communication, fairly priced and quick shipping. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

I'm happy with the level of service I received, they were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing me to sort out my own postage to collect the item once the work had been completed and I had paid for it. As the title mentions I sent them a Mattel NES that I was wanting the capacitor's replaced to prevent future damage/faults with the console, and also fix an issue with the Player 1 controller port which wasn't working fully. They carried out the requested work promptly and I received my console back in fully working order and was pleased with the quality of work done to my console, and will happily be using them again in the future.

James is a fast and talented worker with a good communication ethic.

The turnaround was smoked within a week for each job.

Thanks to Bytes Free I now have a NDS Lite with composite output and an internal rgb PCE Core Grafx.

Communication was key with this as it was all done through email. To be fair he kept me well informed all the way through and sent pictures as well of the work down. I was very impressed. Delivery/returning of the item was swift as well. I would 100% come to this gentleman again for any more repairs etc I need
