I wanted to take the opportunity here to thank the team for their excellent job of resizing my signet ring. This ring is significant to me and I am more than happy with the outcome.
Props also to the customer service for enduring my many questions.

My white Jimmy Choo was stained by a jacket rubbing on it. I couldn't believe they got the stain out. It looks like new.

Super fast service and excellent results!
My Fendi purse needed repairing and their customer service was really helpful and friendly.
I was super satisfied with their service!

Excellent customer service and timely service. Answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns quickly and the product speaks for itself, thanks!!

It was quick and attentive, and my ring looks stunning!

Rob was super helpful! By Vive is great, can’t wait to order again!

Incredible service was able to help with all my needs in an easy manner!

Great communication! Thanks rob

I am so glad I decided to work with BY VIBE to recreate a sentimental ring that I have. First off, the ring came out even better then I expected it to. I really appreciated how the company kept me in the loop and had me approve the final design. Most importantly, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. I will definitely be working with this company in the future when I have another project for them. I recommend them for anyone who needs to repair jewelry, or even recreate an old piece. Totally worth it.

I was searching for a quality place to get a necklace gold plated. This necklace is very sentimental and I was very critical of where to take it. I found By Vive and had a call with them that layed out the process, timeline, and care they would provide. I got it back in a week and a half and I was amazed it looks amazing. I will certainly be using their services in the future and would recommend their gold plating to anyone.

They did a great job resizing a custom, non-traditional shape engagement ring. Jesse was very helpful and communicative, letting us know what to expect and where our ring was in each step of the process.

BY VIVE gave me peace of mind when sending in my watch for repair. With this being such a meaningful timepiece to me, BY VIVE quickly erased my fears by taking great care and handling of my watch with the utmost professionalism. Communication was never lacking and the repair was done with no issues at all. I cant speak highly enough of BY VIVE and will only be using them for all my jewelry repairs in the future.

I had been wanting to fix a gold chain for months but not knowing the industry I didn't want to take my sentimental piece just anywhere. By Vive saved the day. Their team radically transformed my jewelry repair experience. They took care of communicating with the jeweler and negotiating a fair price. Fast and high quality, not even stressed for if something breaks again I know exactly where to go.

I have never sent out my jewelry for a repair before.
Truly remarkable on line experience from the beginning to delivery. Jesse who sounds very cordial and sincere kept me informed even by a phone call. The Silver smith made a custom brooch frame for my stone and the workmanship was well done except a minor issue which they will look into. They also have cleaned my S.S. with stones and deep it in gold bath. It came out as a brand new. Glad to have found by VIVE and Jesse

Lovely service. Clear and consistent communication and my necklace was fixed and returned to me super fast! Thank you guys, I’ll be back for sure!

I was heartbroken when my Christian Dior saddle broke. I spoke to Carlos from customer service (5 stars service!!!) and he assured they would try their best to fix it. And they did!!!
They also cleaned it and send it back looking almost like new.
Thank you !

Jesse and his team were extremely efficient in handling the repair of a vintage 18ct Gold Chain that I recently bought in Rome. The chain was returned within 5 days and after I inspected it couldn't see the damaged link the work of the jeweler was so good; I highly recommend BY VIVE for their professionalism and craftsmanship!

Quick and easy! Already wearing my necklace that the By Vive team repaired. I’ll be back for sure. :)

Jesse Johnson is a solid gifted communicator. He walked me thru both of my issues with my bracelets!! So, you please give him a huge thank you, I have so many friends who've lost their jewelers since the covid debacle and since I met Jesse on line and he took excellent care of all my issues, I can in confidence recommend your service . Now, Jesse is such an asset to your business, please reward him, that's what a really excellent boss would prudently do right? Thank you for being so insightful in hiring a good man like Jesse, he's making you look great!! I already have another project he's going to help me create! Wow! Thank you. Stacie perry-Humble, Texas
