I was very pleasantly surprised to find myself working with a business that really cared about the safety of my transaction. From start to finish, the work being done on an expensive pair of earrings was carefully explained. The individual I worked with, Jesse was in close contact with me throughout the process. Work completed on my item was very professional too. The earrings were returned cleaned and repaired. Tracking information was carefully monitored on the return of my item. It’s refreshing to find such a fastidious company to work with and I would definitely send them my jewelry again if the need arises knowing it will be taken good care of!

Had my gold wedding band rhodium dipped.
It looks like a brand new ring and I’m very happy.

I recently moved to the states from Germany and was so distraught as the diamond on my wife’s engagement ring got loose and I had no idea where to go! It's the most valuable piece we own. BY VIVE delivered so much comfort at such ease and I am SO GRATEFUL to them.

I honestly didn't know much about jewelry repair but these guys made it simple. I had a chain that had broken and wasn't even sure if it could be fixed. Shortly after I sent a photo, Jesse gave me a call and explained how the repair would work. Now, I can't even tell where the chain had broken. These guys do high quality work.

Loved how simple they made the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has jewelry that they don't know where to get repaired.

So happy with the repair on my engagement ring! By VIVE made the whole process so easy and kept clear and timely communication with me. I also really appreciated them taking the extra time to clean and polish my piece, it makes the whole experience feel so special! I Will be recommending By VIVE to everyone and anyone!

Great help from Jesse, my necklace came out beautiful

BY VIVE did an amazing job with my earrings! I have already sent two pairs in and will continue to use them for more.

To be honest, I debated whether or not to give this company a 5 star review. I decided to give four stars because they did suggest a change once they received my ring in person. HOWEVER, they called me right away and explained why they recommended a different repair. Apparently after looking at the ring, the goldsmith said that while he could do a simple solder and fix the bottom of my band, he really recommended that the bottom half of the ring (shank) be replaced.

While it is not the most expensive thing I own, my engagement ring is by far one of the most sentimental things I have. Having moved all over, I did not know where to get my ring fixed locally. I could tell that one of the stones was becoming loose and wanted to get it taken care of quickly. I sent a few photos in and received a quote within a few hours. Jesse at By Vive explained how the process would work and specifically what would be done during the repair. I am so happy I found this company and will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

I moved away from my hometown in Ohio, where I had a wonderful, trusted family jeweler. I had a necklace break a while back so I went online to get a quote for how much the repair would be and I found By Vive. I received a quote within a few hours and was able to send in the necklace with a pre-paid shipping label. I loved the text updates letting me know each stage of the process. My necklace came back as if it was brand new. Thanks Vive! Xoxo

I was so impressed with this service. I have never sent in my jewelry for a repair before, but now I don’t think I will ever go back. They made the entire process so simple, plus they did an amazing job! Thank you.

Been looking for a place to get the chain on my bracelet fixed. From the moment I got my quote till I got my bracelet back, the entire process was super smooth. Definitely glad to have found these guys.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with By Vive! Jesse and the team were helpful, trustworthy, and kept me informed throughout every step of the process and the results were flawless. After months of thinking about getting a ring resized, I’m so glad it was able to finally get it done so quickly and with minimal effort on my end. I’d recommend By Vive to anyone!

I loved using BY VIVE for the first time! I've been waiting for years to resize my grandmothers ring because I was so scared to take it just anywhere. It was super convenient to do it online and it gave me peace of mind to know where my ring was at all times. I'm so happy with the result and now I cant wait to wear my ring. Thank you BY VIVE!!

These guys do amazing work! I sent in an old chain that had broken and they had it repaired within 3 days. The chain looks as good as new and the communication was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I had bought a ring online and needed to have it resized for a few months now. They did such a good job resizing the ring and keeping me informed the whole way through! Their customer service is amazing!!!! Would totally recommend them!

The customer service received by Relux(Vive) was phenomenal! From the quick quote to delivery Jesse kept me informed. The work done was also excellent, they fixed my ring without issues and cleaned it. It looks amazing and so happy I get to wear it again! Highly recommend!

The service was amazing, they understood exactly what I wanted done with my piece and the whole process was very transparent with great response times. Will definitely be using Vive again!

Truly impressive experience. I rarely review anything, but am happy to review these guys. Process was smooth, great communication and easy, and the work they did on what I sent in exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. Would recommend them highly to anyone.
