Caliexpert is the place to learn some fun capabilities
I am currently on an individual coaching program to reach a strict bar muscle-up as a complement to my ordinary crossfit training.
I have gotten feedback from every training session and as I progress on the way the program is re-tailored to take on the next step in to reach a strict bar muscle-up when it comes to skill and strength in those muscles I usually don't train so much.
The results so far is that I am starting to get closer to a proper bar muscle-up and at the same time I have gotten way better mobility in my shoulders than I have had for decades.
So I am super satisfied with the coaching so far and it is really fun to do exercises I have not done before and starting to progress in them. Another thing is that you don't have to do self analyzing and trying to figure out what to do next that can be stressful, de-motivating and make you feel hopeless. Instead, just follow the workouts and the coach will adapt the exercises to your needs to make you progress further.
My knowledge with Malin’s coaching
I trained with Malin for 3 months and she gave me exactly what I needed. I achieved the goal I had set for myself. Her approach was amazing and she provided me with the best exercises based on my abilities. I’m incredibly impressed with the way she explained everything. I highly recommend her coaching with both hands!
Calixpert is AWESOME for anyone looking to get fitter & stronger
Malin and Daniel have helped me push my body to limits I didn’t even know that I had. I have struggle getting into the gym consistently and finding workouts that are made for my current fitness level. I have been working on their Female Calisthenics Beginner Course and I could confidently say that I have never felt stronger. I am seeing progress in strength and weight loss, which I really struggled with. I am also excited to try their other course to learn some calisthenics skills like the L-Sit and Pull up. My favorite part tho is their community. They always answer questions and are available to give any tips on workouts. I wish they could train in person in the U.S 😫

I've enjoyed everything about Calixpert so far! I initially joined to learn a pull up, but once I joined community I was happily surprised over the amount of resources that they have. Their programs are easy to follow, and truly designed for all fitness levels. Malin & Daniel are very responsive and always help out with any questions I have.

I have so far had a great experience with the Calixpert coaching program. In the beginning, when I wasn’t able to do the workouts, they adjusted quickly to be both something I could accomplish and something that would progressively push me to be better about my form and in strength. I already noticed a drastic difference in strength only two weeks into the program and at a month, when taking a benchmark test, far overshot my previous scores on the test. Now, a month and a half in, I am stronger than ever before, more disciplined, and excited to go to the gym to see just how much further I can go in the time I have left with the coaching.
My goals aren’t just dreams anymore, but something I can actively feel myself getting closer to. I made the right decision to go for this program and believe it’s worth every cent :)
If you’re looking for a coach who knows what they’re doing and helps you see real progress, Malin’s the one!
Malin is an amazing coach! She’s a world champion in calisthenics, and it shows in her coaching. In just two months, I went from barely doing 3 pull-ups to knocking out 10, and my push-ups jumped from 10 to 19. Her programs were perfect for my level – challenging but fun. She’s really made me love calisthenics. If you’re looking for a coach who knows what they’re doing and helps you see real progress, Malin’s the one!

Professional coaching with continous feedback.
I am a guy in my mid 40s, I've been doing the coaching program with personal online feedback for about two months and I am very satisified. Malin is a professional, the excercises are individualized and relevant for my personal goals. (I've gone from 1 to 5 pullups and about 3 to 10 dips in this time)
I feel this kind of training is great for mobility and strength att my age (40+)

I started my calisthenics journey with…
I started my calisthenics journey with Malin in May. In the beginning, I could not even do 2 assisted chins with hard band. I can now do 3 without band, I have dramatically improved my strength, have gained a lot of flexibility in my hips. My core is much stronger as well, though I don´t do crunches. I have excercised a lot in my life but it is the first time I have been feeling so strong and "capable". Malin has been listening to me and changed my programme according to my progress (och lack of!). I am so glad for having her as a coach!

I love it !
At calixpert you feel welcome regardless your previous experience. Malin and Daniel is present, the reply quickly and give you personal advice and pepptalk ! There is a various amount of programs and always something new going on. I can really recommend Calixpert to everyone that want to try or take there bodyweight training to the next level!
