The driver was friendly and helpful. It can be a concern a woman travelling alone especially when it's dark, I booked for a family member who sent a text to say the driver was lovely.

Driver arrived spot on time.
Helped my mum get into car and put wheelchair in boot with a smile and kind words after her fall. A really pleasant young man which we needed after sitting in A& E for hours. Nothing was too much trouble. I wish every taxi driver was as kind as he was.

Return journey to creamfields
Taxi driver to Creamfields couldn’t have been more helpful and made sure we got as near as possible to the field - however much mud he had to go through!!! Taxi driver back had a nightmare getting to us because of road closures at Creamfields - but he made sure he found us and stayed in contact - another really nice guy!!!!
