On the day of your booking, there was an unexpected delay due to it being a particularly busy period, with many of our drivers attending their weekly prayers.
During our conversation, you also mentioned that you had initially contacted another taxi company but called us because they too were unable to provide an immediate vehicle. Despite the high demand, we still managed to arrange a taxi for you and complete your journey.
Regarding our fares, every taxi company operates differently and has its own pricing structure based on operating costs, vehicle availability, and service levels. Our pricing may differ from companies you have used previously, but our fares are transparent and reflect the quality of service we strive to provide.
We are a highly reputable local company and have proudly served our community for many years. We have built our reputation on reliability, professionalism, and high service standards, which is why feedback like this is disappointing for us to receive.
We also feel it is a little unfair to suggest that we failed to communicate, as we explained the reason for the delay at the time and still ensured that a taxi was provided for your journey. We have been trying to contact you to discuss your concerns directly, but unfortunately, we have been unable to reach you by phone.
