Excellent service and very prompt delivery
Lovely delivery guy who help us a lot.

Quick and easy but they have stuff in their terms that will sting you once signed up! What attracts you to them is their cheap price but then I cancelled as quickly as I signed up after their customer services rep explained to me that after 6 months, to divert my callready number to a different mobile would cost £50 each time. This is free with many providers through their portal which call ready do not have, so it’s not self-service.

Can't fault the service apart from I received a text message saying my number is now live and that they sent me an email with important information. No email arrived so I went and contacted them with their online form. Still no response or email. I will wait a week before I cancel the service.

I have signed up for a freephone plan for my business and they have disconnected my number after just a week. Everything went fine at first but apparently because I have also used this for personal use as well as business they have decided to disconnect my number without letting me know. I haven’t received any emails as to why it was disconnected or even making me aware of this, I had to ring up myself to find out. Very disappointed. Don’t understand what the issue is when I pay the bills, now I have to take the number off my business when I have already started advertising it. One thing that also worries me is how they have come to the conclusion of personal use of the number, I feel like my account and calls have been looked at and listened to.I am paying for a service which is the actual number and the diversion so they shouldn’t monitor my calls as it’s none of their business.

Charging more than advertised prices on their website.
I made a complaint march 2022: Also they have done the same thing in April this year! And I never got any compensation or resolution, I will be taking my complaint to ofcom now. "I have logged into my bank account today and can see that you have taken £8.33 out of my account instead of the usual £5.94, this has also happened for April.
You did not send me an email telling me of any increases to my contract, all I have had is the usual invoice which you can see states subject "Callready invoice notification" in the subject line.
I have backtracked my invoices and can find you craftily put an attachment on the March invoice with price increases on. As your price increases were hidden and not in the subject line I had no idea of this increase so I wish you to credit me back with the difference for the last two months."
