Our experience with CallSwitch One has…
Our experience with CallSwitch One has unfortunately turned into a complete nightmare. For the past four months, incoming calls have not been connecting properly, and the app constantly displays “Connecting” without ever completing the call. Even after the most recent updates last month, the same issues persist with no improvement.
These ongoing technical problems have severely disrupted our business operations, causing significant communication difficulties and loss of clients. We expected a more reliable and responsive service, but unfortunately, the issues remain unresolved.

Call Stack Issues
We moved away from Callswitch to CallSwitch One after using the software for a few days we have requested a roll back to CallSwitch. We run a busy call centre and basically how CallSwithOne stacks and routes the calls to an operator is not compatible to how we work. We also had issues with the wallboards not reporting correctly. This is a shame really as we like the look and how the software was accessed. If you are thinking or changing over be very careful I would suggest they explain how they route the calls from the call stack.

Don't not use this system it constantly goes down. Very poor call quality when it does work. We are moving to another system.

I called with regards to an issue I had provisioning a customers phone
I called with regards to an issue I had setting up a customers new phones and Claudio answered and not only set up teh customers account for me but he walked me through the steps and showed me what to do so that if this issues arises again I can complete the task without calling in. I was extremely impressed with his patience and genuine wanting to help me.

Helpful and technically excellent
Every time I need help the support team are available, willing and technically excellent.
On the phone, by email or via their ticketing system.
Alex Dant assisted with a Migration from Legacy to CallSwitchOne and was always available, answered every query, assisted technically on both systems and helped it all run smoothly - Even providing a personal Video meeting on Go-Live day !
Also their Knowledgebase and Help centre is useful, technically astute and easily understandable.

Rowan Oscar is a credit to CallSwitch
Rowan Oscar was absolutely amazing today. He got thrown into the deep end of a n issue for a customer with myself, and he took as much time as needed to get them working. He completely saved my sanity and my afternoon by being as quick and efficient as he was. I have the pleasure of speaking to Rowen on the majority of my support calls and I have never once had an issue he couldn't help fix. Even the bizarre ones which make 0 sense to us! Rowen is a credit to CallSwitch Support and even when your day feels like it is going to end in disaster, you end the call with a smile on your face and a resolved issue!

Faulty telephones
We had an intermittent fault with our phone lines not being connected. I made this morning my priority to try and get it fixed. I was on the phone to a very patient, understanding and knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Scott. It took a time troubleshooting and rebooting but it was all worth it in the end. All phones are in working order. Well done Scott
