I had an important demo to make of CallSwitchOne to a customer and had an issue on our account - mainly due to messing with so many settings to show off the system. Scott worked through things systematically and resolved something I had changed. Life saver.

It's great using a big platform like this, AND actually getting through to someone clueful straightaway - no AI bots, just a straightforward phone menu system to reach a human.

Highly recommended.
