This system is pretty amazing

This system is pretty amazing. Some dropped calls but we receive an email when someone is dropped or hung up. I love it!

We've been with CTM for over 3 years

We've been with CTM for over 3 years. Their CEO Todd is a man of integrity. They're always willing to help us integrate into new platforms. CTM has improved our efficiency and our campaign optimization efforts. They are always improving their platform functionality and have many existing integrations to choose from. Their customer service staff has been available when we've needed them. They definitely meet our expectations. I completely recommend them.

Inconsistent

Inconsistent, unreliable contact ability. Dropped calls along with call receivers inability to hear you make it a very ineffective tool for a telemarketing professional.

The call all the sudden cut off in the…

The call all the sudden cut off in the middle of really important conversation. It is very inconvenient because I have to repeat myself to different person which is not fun at all if you talked to less experience person to deal with

We have been using Call Tracking…

We have been using Call Tracking Metrics for almost 2 years to track our advertising and it has been a crucial element in our decision making when renewing/not renewing contracts for advertising! It's a fantastic asset to any business and a must have to accurately track your advertising $$.

CallTrackingMetrics.com (CTM) is by far…

CallTrackingMetrics.com (CTM) is by far the best call tracking and management platform in the market place today. It not only has call tracking and management, but a full blown call center platform. You can run both a hard center or virtual center.

Integrations is thier specialty as well, including a direct integration to Saleforce which is critical for my implementations.

You want to scale your business with an integrated direct response marketing plan, calltrackingmetrics.com is the solution.

Its a miracle when CTM has no issues…

Its a miracle when CTM has no issues for the day which I have yet to witness. It's constantly either taking me off of accepting calls, not ringing when I am not accepting calls, doesn't let us transfer in-house calls or a combination of these.

We love how easy the website is to use

We love how easy the website is to use. We buy, track and monitor our phone usage. Still very amazed at the technology and being able to listen or transcribe calls.

So far a very good experience

I'm new to CallTrackingMetrics. So far, I've had a very good experience. The service works very well. The online instructions are generally clear, but there is a steep learning curve. Their customer service has been very helpful and easy to contact.

Works one day next it's not - Apple iPhone version at least
Desktop version similar issues softphone sudio problems at times. Prospect can't hear or drops on answer.
