Poor service. Don't buy Calvin Klein Direct! Go to a 3rd party supplier like John Lewis or Next who will actually provide some customer support if their delivery people deliver your parcel to the wrong address or just lie about the delivery.
A company like Calvin Klein should use a delivery company that provides evidence of delivery. And they should support their customer not offload them with no options for resolution.
The Worst Customer service ever
The Worst Customer service ever! Never order from them online. Ordered a dress which I wanted for a Christmas do at work and calculated when it will be with me just in time for my meeting. Two days later I received email that there is more than a week delay in even shipping the order from the warehouse. Obviously they can't do anything, they can't modify the order because I don't need the dress after the party. They don't want to do anything! They are always right and not looking for a compromise. It's always their way or highway. Customers have nothing to say! They are not important. And as a delay compensation they offered 10% discount for next order which is nothing because everyone can get a 10% off by signing to their newsletter! Appalling services! Avoid! Don't order anything from them online.

Fall apart and suffocate your privates due to major lack of space …
So back in the day when I was a young lad Calvin’s were great. However now they are no good at all. My most recent perches of 2 pairs of boxer for almost £40 which I thought wasn’t too bad a deal. until I had worn them a couple times and one pair had already started falling apart. Other pairs also don’t last at all. Also another major problem is that they must assume all men have tiny penises. as the part of the boxers allocated is way too tight and small. Like majorly tight. One could say they they are suffocating!
Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service. Said the item would be here in 3-5 days. Haven't even posted it in that time so it won't be here for the holiday -- so no good at all to me. When I asked for the package to be sent more quickly they said no. UK head office were really nice. But in the US where the order is shipped from rude, hideous people. Never, ever buy from them. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered from this site on 3 seperate occasions and each time items arrived within 5 days, well packaged and no problems.
Had to return two items due to not liking them and one being too big to use. refund was processed and back with me within a week after that.
All in all, great service.

Appalling service. I've waited over a month for my order. They tell me its with the carrier. They ignore my emails. They refuse to give me a refund. I will never order from this company again. They have taken £200 off me.

Customer service unable to give a time frame, only pasting template replies citing brexit related delays. Really disappointed and won't be ordering ever again. Rather shocking for such a brand.

I ordered a bum bag, and they sent me one different from the picture in their website, a horrible one, with horrible colors (i ordered a complete a nice olive green one, and received a dark green with fluorescent orange, not present in the website??with a huge bimbo CK in white...:( and with the zipper stuck)
I have sent a email, for them to give me a resolution for the problem, but they didnt replyed me at all.... its horrible, i think they have this things in storage some where, and send them to people, just to drain the stock, to see who keep them, and if you complaint they dont really give you a solution...Just want my money back or the right bum bag....
Its kind of disgusting, because came from a brand like CK, didn´t expect at all....

Returned an item to Calvin Klein which they received on the 30/12/2020, 27 days later still waiting to be refunded. Have sent several emails, excuse after excuse and can’t tell me when I will be refunded. What absolutely disgusting customer service, particularly from a prestigious brand like Calvin Klein.To be honest I am totally shocked, feel like I have been robbed. Have now started the chargeback procedure with my bank. Feel it may be the only way to receive my money!!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 x bras as gifts, they were unsuitable so were sent back using THEIR pre-paid returns label. The courier has not delivered the package to CK (despite it being almost 3 weeks now) and CK have responded by letting me know they are passing it to another department to investigate and that it will take 15 days for even a reply. Totally unacceptable and terrible customer service. Don't shop directly with CK. Use a concession with a much better customer service team!
Awful Customer Service, do not use !
I ordered two t-shirts on 26th November 2020. They sent an email saying items had been despatched. Nothing received by 12th December so requested a refund, there email then stated they would look into why it hadn’t been received. After sending numerous emails without an answer I telephoned their customer service team on Wednesday 6th January. Their representative assured me the refund would be in my bank the next day. Still nothing ! I have now emailed to say if refund is not sent immediately I will contact Trading Standards. I will never order online from them again. A total disgrace !
Thought I'd buy myself some leggings...
Thought I'd buy myself some leggings as I'd had a couple of t-shirts and they've been good quality, so I placed an order for the leggings along with some socks, the socks are really nice quality, however the leggings are not leggings they are more like footless tights with weird seams on them, I couldn't be bothered to send them back so kept them, but I'd definitely not buy any more from them in the future.

I love Calvin Klein but this company online is appalling they take your money even if the item isn’t in stock but still have the items online to buy. They then decide to not send any confirmation email. Finally after taking ages to get through to customer services they go on to tell me they can’t find my order but can see the transaction was taken. I then receive an email saying sorry the Order has been cancelled and the money will be refunded! I’m only giving the 1 star because Of how quick they had the money back in my account but I would avoid buying from this company Online at all costs!!!!

Unreliable
Unreliable, I paid 9.95 for an express delivery that took 3 days to even despatch, and now 10 days later I'm still waiting for my items thanks to them using the cheapest most incompetent courier they can find.
Finally after 2 weeks I received a parcel with only 1 of the 2 items I ordered and customer service are silent on the issue.

I ordered some Men’s Boxers which were on sale for a Pack of 2 for £17.50 - Great I thought! It was the perfect gift for my partner as our anniversary was coming up. They arrived quite swiftly in fairness. Anyways couple of weeks later, my partner goes to open them up and put some on and low and behold one pair of boxers is a completely different size to the other... like what? So I emailed Calvin Klein initially on 7th July, I then emailed again on 14th July which I received a reply on the 15th July wanting me to send them proof of atleast 10 things to do with the product... like why should I have to go that far to prove my order is wrong?!... I still haven’t heard anything back but luckily my partner can fit into both boxers that’s why I’m giving it a 2 star experience.
