I couldn't justify buying the latest model as I'm only an armature, but I bought a DJI Pocket 3 (Refurb). And it arrived swiftly. The Camera is in great condition, and was priced competitively.

The staff that I spoke to on the phone were nothing more than accommodating. extremely helpful.. and got my new toy to me very quickly!

Bought our last two camera with Camera Centre UK and had a great experience. Recently took in a camera after I dropped it and they fixed it straight away with no charge even though I bought the camera a long time ago. Top service.

I took my camera in to the Camera Centre in Cardiff because there was dust on the sensor. I was served by Alfie & Luke who I have to say were superb. Alfie explained things to me and Luke cleaned the sensor and when I got home - no dust spots in the pictures.
Thanks guys for a sterling job and I can say I would definitely recommend Cardiff Camera Centre for anything camera related.

Shocking customer service. I bought an item which cost more than £2500. I did not receive the item from them untill 2 months later. I contacted them for assistance but none was offered. Due to the lateness of my item I had already bought a new one from a different supplier and had to do a bank charge back to get my money back.

I then requested a return which was arranged by them for collection. I stayed at home two full days to facilitate the collection. No one ever came. I contacted them again and was told to post the item and they would refund postage.

They did not even offer at least a coupon as a gesture for wasting two days of my time.

I will not be shopping here again.

I was looking for some binoculars for my safari later in the year and called in to the camera centre as I was passing. Didn’t know anything about the place. The person who served me was Ieuan. Wow!!! Who knew there was so much to learn about binoculars? Ieuan was so helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to explain and demonstrate the different sizes and how they affect your visual experience - that I could not leave without purchasing a Zeis pair. Now that I know they are there, I will make a point of visiting for my camera needs in the future. Thank you Ieuan, so glad I called in now 😊

Purchased a pair of Zeiss SF 8 x42 binoculars advertised as “Like New”, "Certified Open Box" with a "lifetime warranty." Purchased them via their eBay store after verifying with them via phone and eBay messaging that they were in fact a customer return in unused condition. Immediately after removing the packaging they had rental binos on a big sticker down the side of the box. Opened them up and there on the eyecup was even a demo stamp printed into the plastic. Upon checking the serial number directly with Zeiss UK, the manufacturer confirmed the unit was actually a demo piece from 2017 with just 13 months of warranty remaining. When challenged, the seller admitted in writing they "didn't realise you could find out how old they were." The delivery and return process was an absolute nightmare involving four failed courier attempts despite me being stationary at home for every single window. While a refund was eventually processed via eBay, the company refused to take any professional accountability for the monumental failure, the blatant misrepresentation, or the severe physical distress and health impact the ordeal caused. Incredibly unprofessional data and stock management. Check your serial numbers if buying from here or better yet don’t buy high end used optics from here as you don’t know what you’re getting.

They were willing to sell me a pair of new zeiss sf at under their apparent purchase trade price which I declined but weren’t willing to give even a small compensation gesture.
