Helpful support from Tom during a complicated order
Hi,
I recently had a confusing experience with my order, where there was a mix-up regarding stock and the item I originally purchased was not actually available.
At the time I was quite frustrated, especially as I had already gone through the finance process and expected everything to go smoothly.
However, I want to specifically thank Tom, who helped clarify the situation and assisted in trying to resolve things as quickly as possible. His communication was clear and he did his best to support me through what was a stressful situation.
Although the situation is still being resolved, I do appreciate the effort made to try and get things sorted and ensure the order can still be delivered within a suitable timeframe.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service ! The mark of a great company is how well the deal with an issue, my memory card arrived eroded and Hari very quickly responded to my email and sent me out a replacement! Just in time for my college course to start. Very happy with the service and and I would definitely use them again.

Slick mail order process
Slick mail order process, but I wish I had bought in store to try the Vanguard as whilst they may be technically superior to Helios I now think I would have preferred another Helios as the focus feel is much better on the Helios. Vanguard has infinity to near in 10o of rotation and so very difficult to achieve focus

What made your choice? I was needing a part for my
camera and searching late in the evening saw
cameracentreuk.com. I went on line, found what I. was looking for and in a few days received the part in good condition. Great service and kept in touch when it would arrive. Photography is only a hobby with me so I was pleased it all came fine.
