I ordered 1x 3F UL Gear Lanshan 1 Pro 3 Season 2026 Silpoly Khaki Tent + the footprint on the Camperlists website, which was straight forward and I paid through Paypal and the total correct price of £134 including shipping, taxes and all costs and fees was taken.

Although it was not mentioned, I was also sent the seam sealer tube of silicone + syringe for free which arrived in the box with the tent, saving me around £12. James says all customers get this.

The shipping was fully tracked with lots of entries on the Chinese end; it was interesting to see it turning up at the airport. My order was then flown all the way to England and handed over to Yodel.

Then I was able to track the UK operation and my order delivered correctly on time, within the 2 hour time-slot I was given. That means I was able to see the progress of my order, from ordering & it leaving Camperlists, all the way up to the day of delivery. Quite remarkable really.

My order arrived on the 8th day (ordered 06/07/26 PM, arrived 14/07/26 PM). The box was in top condition and my delivery note was correctly added to the package. 8 days was James's estimate of the time it would take.

Everything inside was correct and I put the tent straight up and then seam sealed it the next day. Everything went well and I am very pleased with the tent. It is cleverly designed & very well made.

I sent some emails to James at Camperlists during the process and he replied to my emails quickly & helpfully. The emails were not necessary; they were my choice.

I can then recommend Camperlists based on my experience. Indeed, I'm so pleased that I am now thinking about ordering the Lanshan 2 2026 4 season tent from Camperlists.

Great service and quick delivery (8 days from China) from James. Very happy with the new 3Ful Lanshan Pro 2, 3 season. Perfect size for 2 people and so lightweight! Would definitely buy from Camperlists again.

Bought a Lanshan 1 pro and paid for seam sealing. When I opened it the tent was stuck together with still-wet seam seal and blobs of it in various places around the tent. Complained to James at ‘ customer service’ about it and my concerns that it might not be waterproof. I was told that it is waterproof and that the excess can be wiped of with a damp cloth! Sent pictures. James told me to return it and not to order off them again. I have read that returns are a big problem with camperlist and that there’s a good chance you will have to pay to return it. James said to put $20 in the value box to avoid import tax! Have never dealt with such a rude and unprofessional company before and will never use them again.

I ordered 2026 model of Lanshan 2 tent. Delivery was pretty slow. When I set it up first time, I noticed that it was old 2025 model. I contacted to customer service and I got options to return it or get small refund. Because delivery is so slow, I didn't have time to return it and get replacement. I had to settle for refund. I would have preferred newer model with full price.

I had to make several amendments to my order at my request, which must have been annoying for James at Camperlists... however anything I asked for was never a problem. In fact he actually got on the phone the the CEO of a manufacturer to request my specific requests. Super speedy responses and a very positive attitude with clear actions. Simply a 5 star service.

Had an issue on a 1 year old tent. James went out of his way to assist and resolve my issue. Only got in touch in the hope of some advice. Now feel relieved my tent will be repaired and up and running in no time. Huge thanks to James.

Used this company for the first time and purchased the 2026 Lanshan 2 standard and would highly recommend Camperlist for there great prices (cheaper than competitors) and fantastic customer service.

The stab proof item I ordered came eventually, but the delivery was painfully slow from China. I have no complaint about the item, although unless someone decides to attack me I can't be sure. It does appear to be genuine however. The tracking information was a little confusing at times, but overall, OK. It is quite heavy to wear, but they do tell you that.

I ordered the long tour large sleeping mat .The delivery was quick with emails informing me of its progress. The quality of the product is exceptional and this is matched by the price point. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Ordered my 3FUL tent from the website and already in the morning, exactly one week later, the parcel was on my doorstep. Crazy fast delivery!

Could track the shipment all the way from the factory in China (I assume it was sent directly from 3FUL Gear) - and no hassle with VAT, import tax etc. The price paid at checkout is the final price.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received. The product I ordered had a fault when I received it. I sent an email and within a few days a brand new replacement arrived. No quibble. And how it arrived so quickly I have no idea. No problem. I would use this company again. The product I bought was the Light Tour R7.5/R4.2 20D Sleeping Pad for camping.

As most of the reviews on here, this companies customer service quality is appalling...Avoid this company would be my advice.

Unfortunately the tent arrived defective and one of the seems is coming undone and has opened a d is getting worse. Thread is just coming undone on its own and can't be stopped unless repaired.

I contacted CAMPERLISTS and provided a description with some photos however I received an extremely rude and unhelpful response claiming that an open seem was not classed as a defect and to sort the issue myself. Not sure how they can say that a open seem coming undone by itself is not a defect.

So the outcome even going through PayPal disputes is that I have have to pay for the return shipping back to China to receive a refund. PayPal can't enforce that Camperlists honour there return policy.

So after obtaining some shipping quotes to return the item it actually works out more expensive to send back than having the item repaired.

Thing that annoys me the most is the returns policy states if item is defective they pay for the return shipping but only for there reason. They obviously don't honour this even though they have conceded the item is defective by offering a repair patch.

People, please be warned before ordering from this company especially if your in the UK or abroad. I will be choosing Aliexpress in future. For a few pounds more you get free return shipping for piece of mind.

Don't be fooled by the the reviews on their site as there all fake. Everyone is 5 star. I myself left a review which was conveniently not published.
