I looked into purchasing some items on their website. Because I had items left in a cart I now receive up to 4 promotional emails per day. I unsubscribed several times but the emails kept coming. I contacted their info@ team and after giving me attitude on what I should have done (unsubscribe) they notified me they deleted me from their system. I still receive promotional emails to this day. Very unprofessional and unethical practices.

I ordered product 6 days ago thinking I would get my product shipped with in 3-5 days. No tracking issued and stuck needing supplies!!!!! Tried the chat option and no response, not stoked 😩

Canada grow supplies has always came through for me, have a hiccup or two but nothing serious and fixed immediately, I got upset with a employee today which I felt bad for as all she was doing was fixing the mistake. Respectable company and have all your needs

The website is intuitive and they have a wide range of products. Most of them are in stock and when you order things are shipped out promptly. The service has been excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Well it took more than a week for shipment to get processed. A back and forth trying to understand what was happening. The first time I wrote, an anonymous staffer (the latest customer service fad) wrote back and said, “we’re not Amazon…” Wow. I’ve written emails with no luck and today when I called, I got a guy who sounded like he was at a construction site. As I thought, there was one item they didn’t have, so I asked him to ship what he had, minus the 1 thing he did not have, a rock phosphate. They did. If they had notified me of an out of stock product on the first day, this could have easily been cleared up. They make things harder for themselves and for customers by not following simple business practices. UPDATE MAY 8, 2024
Still no shipment of 1 missing product after claiming their supplier sent them the wrong product. Told product was shipping yesterday but no tracking or any other alerts. My girls are hungry—andntheynwontneat anything but rock phosphate…

Delivery within 3 days. Well trusted and product was correct. Would order again.

Good day Growmies if your here looking at reviews and trying to decide if you want to use these guys I recommend that you do I have been using them for the past three years for my AC Infinity products everything has come in good time I live in Bc it takes about six days to get to my door from. I believe it is Quebec. They are based in anytime that I have phoned for help or to discuss anything with them. They have been nothing but professional and great to deal with I recently purchased a Evo eight ion frame light from them and they gave me a discount of $50 on the light and a couple of free freebies a shirt and a bottle of root gel. I would highly recommend you order from these guys because they are they are great thank you very much for your time and happy growing .

très satisfait de tout ,1 item back order qu,ils m,ont envoyé rapidement après m,avoir envoyé les autres items ,,,le problème c,est que juste avant de faire leurs vente le 14 nov 23 ils ont augmenté leurs prix d,environ 10% et ont fait croire de donner 15% de rabais,,j,avais déjà des pages chargé la veille et lorsque j,ai actualisé les pages ,les prix étaient tous augmenté,,pas trouvé ça honnête et me fait maintenant douter d,eux dont j,avais une très bonne opinion juste avant,,ça me rend méfiant maintenent
