Lovely tiles but won’t replace broken ones
Really lovely tiles that look beautiful in my kitchen. However, the tiles arrived with a piece of paper saying that the tiles were fragile and that any broken in transit would not be replaced. This seems unfair, especially for such expensive tiles which didn’t have a lot of packaging to protect them. I thankfully only ended up with a few broken or scratched tiles (~5%), and I had enough spare that I could throw them away. However, I think it is very unfair to not replace tiles in this situation. Presumably they get a lot of people messaging about broken tiles - so put the paper in the box to deter anyone from even bothering to contact them!

I’m sorry to hear that you were not happy with the representation of the tile upon receiving your sample. We put a lot of effort into accurately showcasing the colour and texture of our tiles. However, the display settings of individual devices can sometimes distort colours, which is why we always recommend ordering a sample or visiting one of our retail partners to view the tiles in person.

Sample looked nothing like pictured!
I ordered a sample online and paid the £4.99 for delivery. The tile looked stunning online so i had high hopes that it would work for our bathroom renovation. The sample that came was a completely different colour and looked nothing like the picture advertised. I was hoping that it was a mistake and called customer service only to be told the correct sample was sent out and if I wanted to see another sample of that same tile I would have to pay another £4.99 for delivery! I believe they use a lot of photoshop and photo enhancements in their pictures online therefor the tile that comes is nothing like the picture shown.

The most beautiful (sample) tiles, delivered at speed and well packaged. Unfortunately this time, the colours weren't quite right for the room we had planned them for, but I will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.

Really easy to order from these guys and the product is exactly what is seen on the website, the delivery was fast, but as expected with the nature of the product we had a few broken ones in the crate, I informed Ca’ Pietra and they had the replacements out to us within 3 days.
All in all a very smooth process.
