Ca Pietra Foundry Bianco tiles - beware, they are very much 'OFF white', almost creamy..
My email and 'phone conversations with Ca Pietra have always been very helpful, so top marks there. My review is a warning about Ca Pietra Foundry Bianco tiles that I ordered having received some samples and also seen the website picture. The samples and picture looked white but when installed they look very much off white, almost creamy and a bit dirty looking (the industrial look?) so I'm disappointed. Not Ca Pietra's fault but I'm just passing on this info for anyone else who thought that these were 'white' tiles. Perhaps Ca Pietra could encourage customers to send in pics of their own installations so that you don't just get just one view of these tiles - or any other tiles for that matter.

Half the order initially missing
I placed an order for sample tiles and half the order did not arrive. When I contacted Ca’ Pietra’s customer service team, they told me more stock had just come in and that my order would be with me in 1–2 working days. That was 8 working days ago. The order finally arrived this morning. No updates or follow ups from the customer service teams regarding the additional delays.

Good service
I've bought some beautiful National Trust tiles in the sale. I had a little problem online ordering so phoned up. A young lady was extremely helpful and the order was placed. Delivery arrived on time, no problems.

It seems there may have been a small mix up with the courier company which caused the delay in you receiving the sample tile. I can see that this was promptly resolved by our Sales Support Team and a replacement tile sent to you successfully.

Beautiful tiles - colours may vary!
Beautiful tiles. I ordered two different styles of Ca'Pietra tiles - both were lovely tiles and easy to work with. However, one set were a slightly different colour tone to the sample tiles I was sent by post and saw in the showroom, which was slightly disappointing but still ok.

Customer service needs lots of improvement
Tile shop ordered my tiles company went into receivership I could get any help
From anyone I spoke to. Ordered all my tiles from this company was promised an email about sealing the terracotta tiles which never arrived. Had stucco blue loft pearl and arabasque tiles are beautiful but not impressed with any of the devices on every occasion I called.

It would’ve be a 5 star review but the 3rd party delivery company didn’t delivery on the day it was meant to (Friday). One of us had to stay home all day. Then rearrange the tiler as they were due Saturday. The tiles arrived Monday.
Besides that. Beautiful tiles and well packaged for transit.
