Really give a review when I haven’t received my 6 dining chairs! you have ceased trading and have my money!! I get sent an email asking for a review.
Shocking company was told lie after lie

Avoid will all costs! Was let down countless times when told my table will be delivered , then all the phone lines went down and the website says ceased trading, paid on CC so hopefully I will get £800 back

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Don’t go near this company. Absolutely appalling service. Placed an order in May and still waiting for the goods. Have had to chase and still nothing. I would have put no stars but the review would not allow me to do this.

Ordered a bench,
Got told it would be 3-5 days delivery. I’m now way past that and have just found out their website no longer exists.
Impossible to get in contact with them.
Few hundred pounds down,
will be taking this further.

Are you kidding? Automatic email asking for a review after you’ve ignored my attempts to contact you, then find you’ve ceased trading, have my money, yet never sent the goods I paid for? Cowboys.

We are in love with our dining chairs! The colour was on point, they're super comfy, stable and delivery was just as promised!

Never didn’t get my order, they not answering on phone calls and my emails. When i send them last email and said that i will report this company if they will ignore me then they finally answered and promised give me full refund which i also never get it. Already contacted with my bank to sort this out. They are time wasters. Don’t know who give them those high feedbacks as i choose them because of good reviews. I believe you can by mistake ignore one email but not 5 and about 10 phone calls different days and time.

Waiting on a refund. PayPal claim . Seemingly no longer trading although allowed my paymet to go through on Friday last week. They must have known. Could this be a scam? Hopefully I'll get my £594 back soon. Disgusted trued calling phones not working and no response to my emails even although confirmation of my order received. Beware

I am so disappointed to be writing this review but as I ordered based on all the great reviews I read I feel I must. I ordered two chairs on a 2/3 day delivery.... no updates on shipping etc so I emailed to chase and was advised should be Friday/Monday (5/6 days from order) Again no emails to confirm and no chairs so chased again by phone and was advised that Fedex has misrouted. Chairs would be sent again to arrive Thursday. Again no shipping info from Fedex which made me suspicious that there was no shipment. I emailed to chase tracking info and got no reply. Yesterday, Wednesday (now day 10) I tried to call Capital, no reply (left message for a call back.... nada) so emailed again with a little more focused tone and got an email back at 4.30pm to say "Its looks as thought carrier has misplaced the parcels in their network, and we would have to reship them to you – which would be another week." so I was correct in that the replacements had not been sent. I asked for resolution and I was given a refund. Ordered elsewhere today (via a mutli-national company) and now expecting next week. I honestly think this company lied to me and had never sent any chairs. I have many dealings with Fedex, I have a login to track parcels and whilst I know things do go missing from time to time its how a company communicate and resolve issues that get better reviews, so for me this company is an avoid!

Good chairs, easy to assemble. Browner then I wanted but kept them anyway.

The stools were very poor quality. Leather was hard, scratchy and marked, legs constructed of soft steel with thin paint that was damaged (too easily IMO) on arrival. Easy to return but several emails chasing refund were never answered. Getting through on the phone took numerous attempts. Now their phone system is offline ('under maintenance' apparently). Despite two promises of refund, i'm still waiting for it to hit my account after being returned nearly 3 weeks. This company stink of dodgy operators.

The chairs were great value and I found them easy to assemble. I would have no hesitation to order with the company again. I was impressed with the appearance of the chairs
