Have received no item, no email to confirm it’s going to be delivered.
I have messaged on social media but again, no answer.

I would rate these products zero stars if the option was there. Absolutely rubbish.
The car diffuser doesn't even give off any smell, and that's with the whole bottle in there.
Never gonna work on their style as there is nothing to soak up the oil!

Terrible product, hardly any smell comes out and I put the whole bottle in at once. The product says it’s mini but is too big to fit in most cup holders and also leaked into my car. I reached out to them and let them know and they ignored me. Worst purchase ever do not buy from them !!!!

Cant fault them atall. Responsive and polite on the email and great little product. Amazing smells and lasts longer than the cheap ones you buy in the shop. Recommend indeed 👍

Seems from most reviews I am not on my own, wish I had now read them first. What a scam. Do NOT buy from this company unless you want to throw your money away. Where the good reviews come from I do not know, but I am inclined not to believe them. No communication, no replies to multiple emails. Items not received and I doubt I ever will. Absolute waste of time and money. Should not be allowed to trade. Joke. Sort it out Car-Burst.

First It came about 3 weeks late then the liquid only lasted 3 days and finished.

If I could leave no stars I would have.
I ordered a hanging diffuser for my boyfriend’s new car as a gift to say congrats.
I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and he still hasn’t received it.
He’s contacted the company and they got back saying they’ll look into the issue ( this was about a week ago ) but I doubt they’re.

They’re a SCAM, their website looks dodgy anyways, I knew I should have stuck with my gut feeling about their page.
Do NOT buy from them, they will just take your money and probably don’t have any product to sell.

ordered at the beginning of december for a christmas gift and still not received. I have contacted them multiple time via email and on multiple social media platforms and got no reply. I also left comments which they have deleted, while ignoring my dms and emails. I contacted the owner who apologised and said that he would send me my order with some free products, which he promised over a month ago and i have still received nothing. An absolute joke

Ordered 2 hanging diffusers on Thursday.
Advert promised Saturday delivery.
Nothing, and no response ro emails querying.

Changed my review after they got back to me and also sent me free gifts. Products were pretty decent. They did apologise as well.

Best car scents on the market. The diffuser it's self is super cool and looks great with the lighting at the top

I placed an order over Christmas, I did previously write a review through frustration! But as soon as I made contact with Carburst through email, it was dealt with quite rapidly, i then received my order within a couple of day of them receiving email, they was obviously very busy for Christmas, which I do understand, so I appreciate they dealt with my complain & sorted my order, to slove my complaint.
My son loves his gift, he's a new driver, so he appreciates a good smelling car.

Great quality product. Would highly recommend.

Can not fault...I accidentally ordered some air fresheners,emailed to cancel the order and got a reply within the hour saying they would cancel the order and get a refund...3 days later got the refund in my bank.. communication was excellent throughout,emails sent to me quickly and efficiently...thank you car burst
