As promised I have changed my rate experience from 1 to 5 as the Car Burst team went above and beyond to deal with my complaint. I had placed an order on 12/12 and received no tracking number or confirmation email and when I contacted them via email I had no response hence the negative review as I did believe at the time it was a scam. However, my parcel eventually arrived and although I was missing an item I emailed and received an immediate reply and my missing item was sent and received within 2 days.
Well done Car Burst for sorting out my issue. Thank You.

Ordered a car diffuser as a gift and received it badly packaged and in bits!!! 11days now have sent emails, messages and absolutely no correspondence from them!!! Paid £24 for something to go straight in the bin as in pieces....finally have a response and getting rectified. Thank you

You don’t get what you ordered and never get a response to emails.
I would give no stars if it was an option.

I made my order on 28th December. No email confirmation or any communications from them whatsoever and, after about a week, I sent them two chaser emails on consecutive days but no reply. The order finally arrived on 13th January out of the blue. So they are not a scam but their customer service and communication is awful / non-existent. They must know they get awful reviews because of this, but haven’t corrected this.

Do not use this company. My order which was a Christmas gift did not arrive until after Christmas. Then when it did finally arrive it was badly packaged and the lid was all smashed and the bottles of oil had leaked everywhere taking the print off the cans. They look an absolute mess and can no way be given as a gift. I contacted the seller who has just completely ignored my email, an absolute disgrace, avoid at all costs.

To date no response from them and no goods have arrived , order was placed 6 days ago!

they have until Monday and there after i will instruct the small claims courts to receive my money

Beware, they have no intention of sending your order but every intention of taking your money Then you will be ignored.
It's an absolute joke that this website is allowed to trade.

Did not send my order until I chased for shipment details. Then did not send what I have actually ordered and paid for. Several Email requests have been ignored. Is it too much to expect the items that I have actually paid for? They're not interested as soon as they have your money, seems like a scam company to me. I will be informing trading standards if I do not get my correct items or a refund. The worst online company that I have ever dealt with, I would score Zero if possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Placed £70 order, no update for dispatch/delay, sent 2 emails and no reply. Still not received my order or any update and it’s been 9 days. I can deal with things being delayed, what I can’t deal with is poor communication. If items fail to arrive I will look at taking action.

What the hell? They have set up a fraudulent subscription and are stealing money from my account every month - £17+ for a product I don’t even want!

Placed my order before chrismas as gifts for my sons. Delivery said they would arrive before chrismas and still nothing! I have written 2 emails and have been ignored. I don't want the order now as found a much better company to order from but I do want my £50 back! I work closely with trading standards and will be mentioning this company at my next meeting! AVOID

Ordered / paid and nothing received for the last few weeks.
This should be instantly banned/closed and legal action taken against people like this!
I will personally make sure this site is down asap and will Take legal action against the people who run it.

My parcel hasn’t arrived before Christmas despite being promised delivery before.

I have chased via email several times over the last week and a half and had no response.

Shall not be purchasing again (that’s even if my original purchase turns up in the new year…). Never have I ever had such a poor service from a company.

Ordered on the 9th and eventually arrived on the 22nd. Sent 2 emails with no response. Packing is very poor and one of the fragrances had actually leaked. Pointless messaging to tell them as they'll not respond.

My item arrived damaged and the delivery was quite slow. I emailed the company as the item was a gift and would of liked a replacement sent out. Email hasn't been answered and definitely won't get a replacement in time now. I like what they sell and was going to purchase more but seeing as it's been such awful customer service I definitely won't be bothering.

Purchased this ready for a gift for Christmas. When buying it stated delivery by 14th December. The order is still showing as accepted, not dispatched. I tried to contact the company but have received zero response yet still receiving several emails saying guaranteed Christmas delivery. Potential scam, will be requesting a refund via my PayPal

Avoid at all costs!! Please do not waste your money! Order placed on 5th Dec and as a new customer was offered free next day delivery as a promotion! Money taken from my bank straight away and now we are on the 18th Dec & still no sign of it and confirmation email or dispatch email not received, cannot contact them via the phone and they don’t respond to emails & the online chat is pointless too. Just avoid then you won’t be disappointed as was a Christmas gift which I will have to go and pay for again! SCAMMERS!

Placed an order on the 6th of December, no tracking information, no updates. Still waiting on 18th of December. Emailed twice and had no reply. Waste of time and money right before christmas.
