Just purchased my second car from Nexus.As usual a first class experience from start to finish I was a bit concerned when I enquired about the car wether it would fit in my garage but Kash drove to my house to make sure it fit ,what more could I ask he gave me a great deal on my trade in i will definitely use again a very satisfied customer

Friendly staff, easy transaction, didn’t feel pressured and I’ve bought a car from them before never had a problem continued return customer..Great people.

Dishonest business, avoid at all costs. I bought a van in Jan '23 for £5k with a supposedly HPI cleared mileage of 144k. After having to spend more than £3k in a few months to keep it roadworthy (including an injector within the warranty period which he point blank refused to honour) it turns out that the vehicle had been "clocked" i.e. the MOT in 2016 stated 132k miles, averaging at 33k a year, and the MOT the next year states 80k miles, which is 55k less plus the average of 33k meaning that up to 85k miles had been wound back. This explains why absolutely everything that can go wrong on these vans went wrong with this one, and means that after spending £8000 I'm left with a van that's barely worth the wheels it's standing on. I had neither need nor intention to buy a van of this mileage and now Kash, despite firm but polite requests to put this right with some sort of compensation, is now refusing to engage in any way. I'm now getting Trading Standards involved. Do not do business with this man or his company under any circumstances.

He is a con man uses bait advertising, the pictures online where a fake car, I turned up to a different car that wasn’t clean loads of damage, that he claimed just passed its MOT and been serviced, this was also a lie was missing mirrors that you need to pass an MOT oil was dirty not freshly changed. Lots of damage he didn’t tell us about before hand. If you question him about anything you find he gets defensive and lies. Mirrors kept falling off lights blown. I wouldn’t only trust them to sell me a toy car, avoid this garage..! This isn’t a fake review like he claims about all the bad reviews, look at all the bad reviews and I guarantee they are true.!

Bought a car was suppose to be under warranty driving home the front headlight stopped working so only had the car half hour so you would think the 3 month warranty he gave me when bought would be honoured so got in touch was promised it would be sorted had the car 4 month still no joy so had to get it sorted myself so the warranty not worth the paper it wrote on

So I found a car I wanted online and after studying the pictures, decided to take a visit to doncaster, I had already spoken with Kash several times previously and he explained everything I needed to know about the car and also sent me several more pics. On collection of the vehicle, Kash offered us drinks from his extremely clean 'man cave' styled office and I was extremely impressed at how relaxed everything was and even my kids enjoyed the experience whilst drinking cold drinks and watching Peppa pig on the largest TV ever. I would definitely return and buy any future upgrades from here. Cheers kash.

Really great experience buying a car from Car Negotiator. Kash couldn't have been more helpful and was honest over the phone about the car I was interested in. Would definitely recommend him to anyone - no high pressure sales tactics, fab office and excellent service. He even opened on a Sunday especially for me!

Poor customer service, Was interested in a car and had agreement with Kash to pick the car up once it was fixed. I spent money doing the relative checks (HPI)
Then it was sold to someone else .

I bought a BMW 320i from this dealer and I couldn't be happier. I have worked in the motor trade for 20 years so have met my fair share of traders, some of which I wouldn't go near with a barge pole but I cannot fault this trader at all. He was honest and very helpful, even driving the car back to my house for me (a 40 mile trip). After purchasing the car he found a spare set of keys which he contacted me about and sent them on very quickly. He was honest about the vehicle in the advert and when I called to talk to him about it telling me about the issues that the car had on the paintwork which was expected for a 12 year old car. There are not many traders I would recommend to people but I would definitely recommend this one.

Fantastic customer service throughout. Kash was easy to contact and friendly at all times. He answered all my questions in a clear way, making the whole process clear and simple. A genuine bloke who went above and beyond to provide me fantastic service throughout. And I will be 100% recommending to friends and family.

Very helpful and knowledgable on all the models I was looking at and PCP finance as well. They got me a great deal and saved me a fortune over what I could get myself. 10/10

I initially spoke to Kash Singh who promised me he would get the best deal in leasing a car for me, turns out he has a contact with a well known leasing company and just approaches them, you pay this guy £300 up front and he just gets this company to call you. He assured me I would have my car delivered by April, turns out it wasn't due till June so I cancelled the order, got a refund from the company, Kash confirmed he would do the same of which I have in writing, now he is flat out refusing and asking me to take him to court. It appears he has now blocked my number too! appalling customer service, stay well clear unless you fancy a court battle to get your money back when things go wrong!
